"My baby" she gasped coming over to hug me.
"Hey ma, what you doing here ?" I asked as I hugged her back. "I heard my child was shot onika ! What do you mean what am I doing here ?"
"Yea I know but aren't you like busy working on your cases and stuff ? I don't wanna cut into your work" I said shaking my head.
Honestly I just don't need her down here.
"Onika my children come before my work always. Plus you haven't came to see me in a while so this would be a great time for us to bond"
"We can't do much bonding right now momma I'm gonna be in here for a little" I told her
"Ok well then I won't leave your side" she smiled grabbing my hand.
I gave her a fake smiled in return then turned my head letting how I truly felt show on my face.
This about to be a lonnggg week.
"Hey mama carol" Robyn smiled giving her a hug. "Heyy Robyn, how you been baby ?" My mom smiled back starting to talk with her.
"you good ?" Beyonce asked me lowly.
I nodded with an dry expression on my face then I heard the door open again making me look over to see sky and Tommie coming in.
"Cookie Monster ! Oh lawd look at my baby !" Sky said all dramatic coming over to my side.
"Are you ok ?" She asked while hugging me and I nodded.
"why did you tell mom to come ?" I asked her quietly.
"annie told her" she whispered back to me before pulling away. I let out a small huff and Tommie came over hugging me next
"You ok ? You want me to go get you some food ?" She asked. "No noonie went to get me some"
"You had that girl throwing up and crying all night" Tommie said shaking her head.
"Who's noonie ?" My mom asked.
"My bestfriend" I said and she nodded "That's a boy?" She raised a eyebrow.
"No a girl"
"Mm" she hummed looking away "You got a boyfriend ?" She asked after.
The room stayed silent while I sighed running my hand over my face "No ma"
"Well are you talking to any ? I know you're not still going through that liking girls phase"
I sighed heavily looking down at my fingers feeling tears sting the back on my eyes.
"im just focusing on myself" I said dryly then began to fake cough.
"Are you ok ?" She asked looking worried and I nodded putting the breathing mask over my face just so I wouldn't have to talk anymore.
"Should we call the nurse ?" My mom asked standing up. "No ma, they already gave her what she needs" Tommie said gesturing to the mask on my face.
I just closed my eyes and tried my best to fall asleep again so I could escape this.

"Noonie are you ok ?" My mom asked as I walked towards the door with my bag.
"I'm fine ma, im gonna stay at the hospital. Is that ok ?" I said looking back at her.
"That's fine just make sure you go to all your classes" she told me and I nodded.
