Author's note: As much as I really wanted to continue the previous one-shot, I've decided giving my mind a rest and working on another concept could help my creativity. Anyway, I hope you enjoy!
Background: A world in which Loid Forger was Twilight's true name, and as opposed to becoming a spy, Loid grew to be a world-renowned psychiatrist, employed by Berlint General Hospital, Ostania's leading medical facility. However, his stoic demeanor seems to falter thanks to the presence of the newly hired nurse.

"Did you hear what happened the other day?" A floor nurse snickered from behind the front desk, lacking the humility to lower her voice.
"No, what?" you murmured, never lifting your head from the disarray of papers littered in front of you. You still had three patient files to complete before your eagerly anticipated thirty-minute break.
"I heard from Donna that apparently, Dr. Frost paid another visit to our floor," Millie purred, obnoxiously sipping on her most likely heavily caffeinated latte. You resisted the urge to roll your eyes as you flicked through the next record.
"And why exactly is that exciting news?" you asked, unamused. Doctors came to your unit all the time for second opinions and referrals. In fact, one of the pediatric specialists had just visited, dropping off clinical papers for one of your new patients. Ironically, it was for the patient of the current profile you were reviewing. She was a young girl named Anya, seemingly no older than five or six, which was peculiar. Typically, your patients were older veterans, still recovering from their psychological wounds inflicted by the war.
Although the battle between Westalis and Ostania had ceased over ten years ago, you continued administering new patients who once served on the front lines, haunted by their traumas. It was one of the reasons you were so eager to pursue nursing in the first place. The war may have been over, but the people of Ostania were far from recovered.
"Besides," you persisted, "shouldn't you be writing these notes, Millie?"
In spite of you getting hired only a few days ago, some of your fellow nurses had already developed the habit of leaving you with their grunt work. As a fully registered nurse, you refused to sit idly while they piled paperwork into your significantly busier schedule.
Millie groaned and snatched the remaining clipboard by your side. "Fine, fine, I'll do the last one, newbie."
"Thanks, Millie," you waved, pleased that the nurse actually listened to you for once. Packing your lunch bag, you finally started heading to the staff cafeteria. However, your journey was short-lived as your floor manager rounded the corner, her black heels clicking elegantly against the tiled floor.
"Dr. Sherwood," you nodded politely as the woman strode closer.
"Ah, y/n. Just the nurse I've been looking for."
"Really?" You replied, taken aback. Usually, the redhead assigns you everything at the start of your shift. Aside from the occasional run-in, you normally never crossed paths.
"I believe you were handling Anya's files?"
"Yes, that's right."
Sylvia took off her glasses, wiping the frames against her shirt as she looked back at you with pleading eyes.
"I'm terribly sorry to do this to you, I know you're on break, but would you mind stopping by Dr. Forger's office to give him these updates?" She handed you a thick manilla envelope, its contents nearly spilling over.
