Servo and Skylar stood on either side of Dexter, both trying to think of a way out of this situation. They had their arms pinned behind their backs by the black protogens. The elevator was silent, aside from the air vent above them.
"You didn't cuff us?" Asked Servo.
"I trust you not to do anything stupid in the situation you're currently in." Replied Dexter. "That and I didn't have any cuffs."
Servo looked at the remote that Dexter was holding. They knew they had to get it. If the TPD worked on them, then it'd work on the other bots. They looked up and saw that there was a tile ceiling. They had a plan. They had to time everything perfectly. They turned to Skylar.
"Skylar, do you trust me?" They asked.
"Yes." Replied Skylar.
"Don't move."
Servo broke from the protogen's grasp, took their gun out, and shot at the metal door. The bullet bounced off, and hit Dexter in the abdomen. Once he was down, Servo kicked him in the side of the head, rendering him unconscious. Before the bots could attack, Servo reached down, grabbed the remote, and used it on them. They froze and fell to the ground.
"Holy shit." Said Skylar.
Servo looked up and shot a hole in the ceiling, causing one of the tiles to fall. They jumped inside the elevator shaft, and then looked down the Skylar.
"Are you coming?" They called
Servo reached down and Skylar took their hand. They pulled her up, and the two were now on top of the elevator.
"What are we doing?" Asked Skylar.
"Saving Rocky's family." Replied Servo.
The elevator shaft was massive, and both elevators ran across it. Servo could see the elevator that Chris, Sienna and Emma were in, but it was higher than the one they were on. Servo held their hand out and Skylar grabbed it.
"You already knew?" Asked Servo.
"Just fly, there's no time!" Replied Skylar.
Servo jumped in the air and activated their rocket feet. They airlifted Skylar to the top of the elevator, and then landed next to her.
"Nice move, bro." Said Skylar.
Servo smiled.
"Sis?" Asked Skylar.
"Eh, either one." Replied Servo.
They lifted up a ceiling tile and were about to use the remote, when they saw that all of the bots were destroyed. Chris, Sienna and Emma were standing around, seemingly waiting for the elevator to stop.
"Hey!" Called Servo. "Which one of you did this?"
Everyone looked up.
"Uhh.. I got angry." Chris replied.
Skylar and Servo hopped into the elevator and surveyed the damaged bots. They looked unharmed, but we're motionless.
"No offense purple cat, but you're the last one I'd expect to do something like this." Said Skylar.
"None taken." Replied Chris.
"So, how'd you defeat them?"
Chris, Emma and Sienna all exchanged glances.
*a few seconds earlier*
Chris, Emma and Sienna all stood in the elevator, having their arms pinned behind their backs by the protogens. It was completely silent. Until..
*beep*
The bot's grasps loosened, and all three of them fell to the ground. Chris, Emma and Sienna all looked at each other, dumbfounded.
"Uhh.. it was hard." Said Chris.
"Very hard." Replied Sienna. "I watched him do it."
"They all fell on the ground and let you go?" Asked Skylar.
"Yeah.." Replied Chris.
"Guess these bots are on some sort of server.. Lije, if one's disrupted, it messes with all of them.." Said Servo. "Now, I'm sure you have some questions."
"Yes. Mind explaining to me what's going on with Rocky?"
"Sure I'm sure we have enough time before the elevator stops."
