I don't really see it that much, they don't really talk a lot, and the only time they did really talk was when Stan joined the Goth Kids in Season 7 Episode 14 I think it is.
Goth x Depressed isn't my favourite dynamic, and again Stan isn't really depressed, but they would be cute.
Maybe not in actually show, but in another South Park AU, I guess
