Cartman might like her, but probably not because she beat the shit out of him in that breast cancer episode [loved that episode]
Wendy wouldn't fall into his manipulation. If anything, she'd be the one manipulating him [probably not though, but you never know]
And she'd also not take any of his shit that he said.
