I'm pretty sure Bradley only appeared in one episode, which was the episode Butters thought he was Bi-curious.
Bradley did definitely like Butters, but Butters didn't really understand what Bradley meant.
It definitely could've worked out, and I kind of would've liked to see them get together, but sadly, it didn't happen.
