They do hate each others guts but I feel like Cartman actually likes Kyle, but Kyle fucking detests Cartman, he wants him to burn in Hell.
I don't really read a lot of fanfictions of Kyman, so I'm not sure how people make them act, but I don't think they could make it past a day.
