"Kinakabahan ka ba sa resulta?" Steffa suddenly asked while we were both walking our way to the Count's office. Since this is the day that I will finally see the result of that final assessment they have given to me.
"Of course." I simply answered, "If I fail, it only means that I still need a lot of training." seryosong sambit ko ulit.
And it also means that I am still lacking, my knowledge still not enough. I won't be able to obtain the things I want. It will be truly frustrating.
"Good morning, young master." As soon as we have arrived in front of my father's office, sinalubong kami ng kaniyang assistant.
"Good morning, Mr Hibler." bati ni Steffa dito.
"The Count is waiting inside. I will announce your arrival." Mr Hibler said to me and I just simply nodded as my response.
"The Young Master Daniel is already here." After that ay binuksan niya na ang pintoan, kaya pumasok na ako, nakasunod naman sa akin si Steffa.
I thought, it's just only father and sir Roy, nandito rin pala ang iba.
"Good morning, father, good morning everyone." I said as I bows down my head a bit.
"Good morning, Daniel." the Countess said with such a warm smile in her face, Vierro also greeted me as well as sir Roy, only father was quiet and serious the whole time.
I'm a bit nervous because of father's reaction, he seems thinking about something. Baka 'yung results ko sa final assessment na binigay nila?
"Ahm... father? is everything alright?" I suddenly asked na naging dahilan para matigil ang ingay ng mga kasama namin dito sa loob ng opisina at napunta sa kaniya ang atensiyon ng lahat.
Father just sighed, "I already have seen the result of your final assessment." he started to utter habang seryosong nakatingin sa akin.
"Kinakabahan ako." mother Isabella suddenly mumbled, "Did Daniel passed?" she asked.
Father sighed again and then kinuha ang isang folder sa left side ng table niya, "I don't know what to react." he mumbled as he gave the folder to his wife.
Napatingin naman ako kay Steffa na seryosong nakatingin kay Countess Isabella. Napatingin rin ako kay sir Roy na nakapikit lang pero kalmado, I don't know what's with his reaction.
"Oh my god." I heard mother mumbled kaya napa tingin ako sa kaniya, she suddenly went close to me with such teary eyes tapos ay ibinigay niya ang folder sa akin, agad namang lumapit si Steffa para tumingin rin sa hawak ko.
I can't totally get with their reaction. Ano bang meron? Did I failed? Did I commit a crime?
As soon as I saw what's inside the folder na binigay nila sa akin ay nanlaki ang mga mata ko.
"What the..." I muttered.
