The weather is nice even if the season's autumn. Maganda naman talaga dito sa Capital whatever the season is.
"Hindi ka ba pupuntang Prince Palace?"
Napatingin naman agad ako sa likuran ko when I heard Steffa's voice.
"Later, maaga pa naman." simpleng sagot ko naman sa kaniya.
I am currently in my room malapit sa may bintana at nakatingin sa labas kung saan kitang-kita ko ang lawak ng lupa namin dito.
I kinda miss the view in our Land at the South border. But I don't really want to go back nor visit ngayon kasi father is current there.
The Count, together with the Countess ay nasa territory namin ngayon,of course kasama nila si Vierro. Which means, ako lang ang nasa Capital ngayon. Because of my job as the Crown Prince's secretary slash assistant, hindi ako pwedeng bumalik roon.
It is also a good thing for me na ako lang ang kasalukuyang nandito sa mansion namin dito sa Capital, kasi I can move freely, although not totally free since lahat ng nagtratrabaho rito except Staffa and sir Reynold of course, they are loyal sa Count. Tanging si Steffa and sir Reynold lang naman ang pinagkakatiwalaan ko rito.
At least my father is not here, hindi ako gaanong mababadtrip at mapipilitang pakisamahan siya.
"Alis na 'ko." paalam ko kay Steffa.
Inihatid niya naman ako palabas at inihatid naman ako ni sir Reynold papunta sa Prince Palace using our carriage.
That's my set up every morning. Kasi every night, it's the Carriage of the Crown Prince ang naghahatid sa akin pauwi. I'm lucky that Walter's so nice to me.
"Good morning, sir Daniel." bati naman ng mga maids nang makita nila ako sa hallway when I arrived at the Prince Palace.
6 months and ilang days na ba ako rito? Halos kilala ko na lahat ng mga taong nagtratrabaho rito kumpara sa sarili naming bahay.
Funny, but I don't like the atmosphere at home, buti nalang talaga tinanggap ko ang trabahong 'to, and of course I am also thankful that Walter choose me. Kasi syempre wala ako rito kung hindi dahil sa kaniya.
"And just tell him not to rush things, I will visit there one of these days." rinig kong sabi ni Walter as soon as I opened the door.
"Oh sorry." agad na sabi ko when I realized that he's talking to someone, agad rin naman silang napatingin sa dereksiyon ko, "Good morning, your highness. I thought wala pang tao rito, and akala ko tulog ka pa." sabi ko kay Walter.
