Olivia and Mattheo found themselves in the sitting room of a large estate, waiting awkwardly for someone to come greet them. It had been three months since the fall of Lord Voldemort and things had fully settled again in the wizarding world, well as settled as they could be, given the circumstances. Tying up loose ends became a breeze compared to what they had been through. She had visited the sisters at Shay and Shay a few weeks ago, now fully appreciating the prediction they had given her before the war had begun. They had given her a lot to think about during her troubled times.

Of course, they knew something was different about her just from her smell. She no longer reeked of Theo, but a new nasty young man. Nevertheless, they were ecstatic their prediction had come true. Like they were used to women doubting them about their love lives. When they offered her another reading, she was apprehensive at first, but thought it would be for the best. She had a clearer head now and was fully invested in what they had to say. Part of her wanted to ask about Malfoy, just to see what they would have to say, but she decided against it. Draco was dead.

She sat down at their small tea table, taking a bite of some jam roly-poly that had been left out. Ms. Glass got right to it; it was like she was reading her mind. Or more likely seeing into her soul. "He did care about you, you know?" She said solemnly. Olivia perked up, instantly knowing who she was talking about. "I know he did." She said, matching her tone. She felt her cheeks get hot, not knowing what exactly to ask next. She didn't have to, Ms. Heart continued for her sister. "It wasn't love though. He saw something in you he craved. Normalcy. A life he knew he could never have." She said dreamily, almost poetic.

"He wanted to be a normal wizard." She said, thinking about the question he had asked her. 'Would you love me if I was a normal wizard?' This made complete sense. If anything, this made things worse. Malfoy would never get the chance to be a normal man. He died attempting, only to have the pureblood side of him bite him in the ass. She didn't want Draco to be a cautionary tale. He was more than that.

The sisters changed the subject, trying to liven the mood and lift the grey cloud that had fallen around the room. "There is another man who wants to speak with you." Ms. Glass said with a wide smile on her face. Olivia rolled her eyes, slamming her hand down on the table. The last thing she needed was anymore men in her life. No more complicated love triangles. Ms. Heart laughed at her reaction. "Oh, not like that dear! He only wants to make sure your ok! He sees you as a friend." Olivia turned her head, slightly confused. "Who?"

That is what led her here, in this gaudy sitting room on this lavish estate. The room was charmed so it would always be nighttime. The windows were dark, the only light coming from them was a full moon even though the sun was shining high in the sky outside. "So this friend of yours is a pureblood, but wasn't a death eater?" Mattheo asked, looking about the room. It reminded him of being in the castle again. Fancy pureblood décor was never his style.

"Yea, he had other things to do, I guess. Romance novels to read." She said with a small chuckle. Mattheo lifted his eyebrow at her, seeing this as an inside joke he wasn't in on. Before he could ask anymore questions, they were startled by a figure not walking, but floating in the room. "Oliiiivia!!" A screechy, shrill voice echoed through the room. Mattheo jumped in his seat, not used to seeing ghosts. Olivia found it funny how deep down inside, Mattheo was still just an awkward homeschooled kid, not used to several things in the wizarding world.

"Myrtle! I'm so happy to see you! You got out of Hogwarts!" Olivia beamed, genuinely thrilled that Myrtle no longer was stuck to a bathroom for eternity. The girl floated closer to them, a wide smile on her face. "Yes! The order sent a team of lively young men to free me. They wanted to thank me for giving them my crown. It took awhile but they did it! I get to stay in Blaisey's house!" She whirled around the room before propping herself down on a low-hanging diamond chandelier.
