QUIRK - REWRITE

There are two parts to Samira's quirk. Matter reconstruction and matter transmutation. Matter reconstruction allows her to manipulate the physical size and structure of any object she touches and turn it into something else. For example, if she touches a coin, she can physically alter the size and structure of the coin to change it into any other object or weapon she pleases, no matter how big or small. She could change the coin into a gun, a sword, or even a car if she wanted. It's like a creation quirk with a twist. She can quite literally 'rewrite' an objects physical form. Matter transmutation gives her the ability to change objects into other materials. She could touch hard ground and turn it to water. She can touch water and turn it into stone, dirt or metal etc. (similar to Sersi's power from Eternals)
Drawbacks: her body will be severely weakened if she over uses her quirk. Side effects of overuse include nausea, fainting, vomiting and severe headaches.
