"Please, just one more day-" Dominik tried to plead with Attila, but the younger male would not hear it, his mind had already been made up.

"The operation is in five days and I am still empty handed!" Attila slammed his fist down on the desk, sending ripples of color over the dark surface, "You assured me you would find her Dominik," He snarled, implant glaring red behind his inhibitors, "That is the only reason I haven't sent X and O, so where. is. she?!"

Dominik was exhausted and frustrated.

Ever since Illy's disappearance, Attila had only grown more and more agitated because of his pending operation and the possibility of things turning out for the worst, thus he hadn't stopped breathing down Dominik's neck, insisting she be found by any means necessary.

Before them was a host of projections displaying all the locations that had already been scoured in their efforts to locate her, but it was as if the girl had just up and vanished from the very face of the Earth.

"I... I don't know," Dominik sighed, fists clenched tightly by his sides, veins bulging from pure frustration as his eyes met the floor, "I've exhausted every lead."

Attila's anger only seemed to be growing by the second, his eyes taking on an almost feral intensity, "So you've proven to be useless. Just as I expected," He arose from his chair and came around his desk to face Dominik, "This is why we always do things my way."

With a few quick gestures, he brought up a map marking Tanisha's home location and the moving red dot leading away from it which was tracking X and O, whom he had sent to fetch her, "She will give me the answer I'm looking for."

"I already spoke with her," Dominik said, "She doesn't know where Illyana went."

"Then I will simply confirm she was telling the truth."

Attila was clearly hellbent on tracking Illyana down, his plan being to extract the answer from those closest to her—break into their mind if he had to.

"You've gone too far, Attila," Dominik chided, "I won't stand for it."

At his words, Attila appraised Dominik with a wicked grin across his lips, "And who exactly decides the limits of how far I can go? You?"

"I'm simply trying to make you see reason, brother. If you find her while you're like this-"

"There is no shame in my methods," Attila cut him off, "It's the only way to keep her in line."
