"Richie? What are you doing here?" Eddie asks.
Richie rushed to Eddies house as soon as he left Connors. He feels like he's in a rom com.
"Can we talk?"
Eddie hesitates, but nods and lets him in, shutting the door. Richie awkwardly waves to Eddies mom in the living room as they head past her to Eddies room. Eddie shuts the door and looks at him.
"So- what is it?"
Eddie is confused on why Richie isn't answering until he feels soft lips against his. Holy shit. Richie is kissing him. Eddie kisses back without a thought. But then he thinks, and he pulls away.
Richie grabs his hand, "Me and Connor are done, he was faking his color. His real one is green. And even if he was my soulmate- I don't know how I would've kept going. It needed to be you, it needs to be you. I always wanted you. I love you, Eddie. Please tell me you still love me."
"Rich.." Eddie whispers with a smile on his face, "Of course I still love you. How could I not?"
They're kissing again, not thinking about anything but their lips on each others, and the love that they feel.
