RECAP:- Vishal's harrassment of Anupamaa instigated Anuj to beat him up quite brutally. While Aruna consoles Anupamaa through the trauma, Vishal's father, Vikram, lodges a complaint against Anuj for attempting to murder Vishal. Manik tries to manage the situation and unwillingly apologized to Vikram to placate him but instead Vikram insulted Aruna. Matter worsens and Aruna requested Anupamaa to give her statement. Vikram tried to get Anupama kidnapped from midway but Devika saved her and helped her reach the police station where Manini helps to lodge a complaint. Later in Shah House, Devika and Anupamaa had an altercation regarding Vanraj's true nature but Anupama wasn't willing to accept a word against her husband but later in college they patched up after a day of cold war. Manini called Anupamaa to apologize on the behalf of her son and ex-husband but Vanraj picked the call up and heard half the truth but Manini hung up without naming Anupamaa.

Anupamaa's phone chimed.

'Devika...? Itni subah subah? College ke liye taiyar nai hona...?'

'Hona hai par tu sun na... Tune newspaper dekha?'

'Pehle dekhti thi... Ab kahan time milta...'

'Arey dekh na Anu... Third page pe... Vo... Tera waala... Case aaya hai...'

'KYAA.... M.e..r.a... Mera naam bhi... Hai kya...'

'Nahi... Par still... Dekh na...'.

Anupamaa rushed straight downstairs and took the newspaper to the kitchen. She flipped to page three and saw the news. It had described well all that has happened.

'Inko Vishal ka naam to... Bataya tha maine... Vo... To ab....??... Kya karoon... Unhone padha to mujhse poochenge...', she thought and her breaths hitched.

"ANUPAMAAA......!!!".

Upon hearing Leela's approaching footsteps, she quickly tore that news and stuffed it in her mouth, shut the newspaper and kept it aside.

"Tu....", Leela saw her busy chewing something. "Kya khaa ri hai?"

Anupamaa looked at the casserole that was full of parathas.

"Bas subah subah shuru!! Sabar nahi kar sakti pati ke khaane tak ka!!??" Kitni baar kaha hai jab tak pati na kha le tab tak ni khaayegi tu kuch!! Thodi der bhookhi rahegi to marr nahi jaayegi...!!!"

She blobbed her head as her mouth was still full. "Khair... Akhbaar dekha tune? Vanraj dhoondh ra hai...!!", she turned a little. "Ye aaj ka le aayi tu!! Isme parantha rakhegi?? Pata hai na abhi tak kisi ne padha nahi hai...", she picked it up and walked out.

Moti Baa was observing it all from the swing and she walked in. "Dekha maine baahar se sab... Kya kiya tune?"

She nodded in a no and felt so choked that she could neither chew nor swallow.

Moti Baa pressed her cheeks forcing her to open her mouth and saw paper ball in her mouth and left her face. "Kyun kiya ye sab? Kya chhhupa rahi hai mujhse...? Annu? Bol beta...", she asked softly.

Anupamaa chewed quickly. "Kuch ni... Main bhi taiyaar hoti hoon jaakar varna inhe der ho jaayegi meri vajah se...", she rushed out.

"Arey ye!! Teesra page kisne phaad diya?", Vanraj sulked.

"Vo Anupamaa ne... Usi ke pass tha... Khaana lapet diya hoga...!!", Leela instigated.
