REHZAAN'S POV:

The next morning I woke up at 7 and she was the first thought on my mind. I came here to get hold of my thoughts but she is running in my mind all the time effortlessly.

Inhaling deeply I went inside the bathroom. Getting done with the morning chores I got ready in a white shirt and black pants for the meeting it was just 2 days thing rest 5 days to just stay away and get hold on myself!

I read the files once again and left for the Malhotra Enterprises with the car sent by them at 10. It took us a whole hour to reach there. "Rehzaan" Mr. Malhotra exclaimed as soon as I stepped out "I didn't expect you to yourself be here!" I stated "You can come all the way from Lucknow so can't I come to even receive you from here" he passed a big grin I nodded with a small smile. He is too jolly but an excellent business man.

"Shall we?" I asked softly after a pause for a second "Of course!" he guided me through the corridors to his cabin. Settling he ordered 2 coffees for us "You came all the way just to sign the papers I could have sent someone with them." he shrugged "It would be a good change and I wanted to see the factories myself so yaa...." I replied he nodded in understandment.

"So you came here to see the factories?" "We can say that!" he chuckled nodding. A guy in his mid twenties entered the cabin after permission with the coffees "He is Shravan my P.A." Mr. Malhotra said smiling at the boy I took in the piece of information and muttered a small thank you to him taking my coffee.

"After signing the deal I was thinking if you could accompany me too my place for dinner?" he said slightly unsure of my answer "You don't need to do all this Mr. Malhotra we are satisfied with the deal don't worry!" I sipped the coffee "Don't say no Rehzaan! You are here then why not today you join me for dinner and tomorrow Shravan will take you to the factory."

With a little more persuasion I finally agreed with some more casual and business talks we signed the contract. I wanted it to be all formal but rather it was becoming too casual for my liking. Signing the contract we left for his place that was at a distance of half an hour from here but it took us one hour extra to reach because of traffic.

I scrolled my phone throughout to avoid any interaction at least for some time and for my liking he didn't tried too. A lady nearly of his age stood at the gate with a girl nearly of my age who I presume to be his daughter.

"This is Reena my wife and she is my daughter Sona......and he is Rehzaan Khan heir of Rehnuma Enterprises!" Mr. Malhotra introduced us. We settled in the living room after exchanging greetings.

"Rehzaan....Sona is completing her graduation in fashion and is very talented. She is also good in household works." Mr. Malhotra started after some good minutes of awkward silence. I nodded in acknowledgement while a red hue coated her face but why? It was just a simple piece of information right

"Dad told that you help your father with the business!" she sat beside me may be for a conversation "Yes, that's the only reason I am here." I shrugged her smile faded a little but was back the next second.

We had a conversation which was mostly one sided her speaking and I was not even listening just kept humming absentmindedly which either she didn't realized or ignored.

She is sweet. Sweetness is in their genes I would say "But Sharika is sweeter even with those bitter genes!!" came my internal voice. She definitely is there is no double thought to it.

Finishing with the dinner I left for my hotel it was a way too long evening not like they are not right people or something but my mind was too engross with Sharika.

The events of yesterday were not ready to leave my mind. It felt so different when she wrapped her arms around me. My heart was ready to jump out when she kept her face just above my heart. My mind was blank for seconds but even that blank felt safe. It all felt as if....... DELUSION and being the looser I was I ran away once again.
