ANAYA'S POV

"Anaya, don't forget to keep these medicines in your bag?"Swastik bhaiya reminded me by giving me a box containing medicines of all types. This is what happens when you have a future doctor in your home.

"Yeah bhaiya, Please chill. I won't fall ill as soon as I reach Indore" I replied, arranging my belongings in my suitcase, sitting on the floor.

"Stop your talks and pack your bags without forgetting anything. Did you pack your blankets?" He asked, sitting nearby on a chair.

"Yeah,Swastik mumma" I replied with a smile as he is not less than a mother to me. Since Mumma has left us, he started taking care of me and papa just like mumma used to do as soon as he grew up. I don't remember her much as I was just four.

I have lived my whole life in Hyderabad with my papa and Swastik bhaiya. But now, I have to go to Indore as I got selected in DP institute of management after clearing an entrance exam.

I will miss them and my best friend Geet. I am an introvert who doesn't have many friends. We two met on our first day at college when we got admitted in VSR School of Commerce 3 years back in the department of Economics.

I am leaving tomorrow for Indore and I have my classes after two days. I kept postponing my dates to leave because it's not easy for me to do it as I don't know how I am going to manage them all alone with no connections.

"Anaya beta,come and have your dinner" I heard my papa's voice when I realized it's dinner time. Papa works as an Architect in a well renowned architect firm.

I feel bad for him. How he will stay alone after we both siblings leave for our respective cities to attend our colleges. I denied it first when I got to know I got selected at Indore because I wanted to join here in Hyderabad along with Geet. The whole allotment was based on our scores.

I was done with my packing only to find my friend's message "Anaya, you won't be alone there. Vihaan got admission there too. If you say, can I inform him that you are in the same college?"

Why did he join there? He did his graduation in English Literature. What's the need to switch its field? Okay, he can but why my college. I can't cancel at the last minute because I have paid the fee and completed all the procedures. I took my phone and started typing "No,He is a stranger too and I don't trust them" I sent and headed towards my dining table.

We three started having our dinner. Swastik bhaiya and papa were busy discussing the details of the flight. They both will accompany me to Indore. Please Vihaan don't be in the HRM batch. I don't want to see that guy in front of my eyes everyday.

Bhagwan ji, please don't make him my classmate and please make him be a student of another department which is situated far away from my block.

"Anu, what happened? Don't worry, it's just about two years and you can visit here during your holidays" Papa said, cheering me as he knew I never stayed away from home all alone.

"It's good you will make a habit of staying away. You will be more responsible and mature"Swastik bhaiya started his lecture on advantages of staying alone from home.

I kept nodding without saying anything. My mind was thinking about him. Anaya, he was just a friend who stepped back all of a sudden.
