To make up for the wait, here's a quick special on some fun facts about Barbie that you can hopefully look forward to seeing in future chapters! I'll do my best not to expose any major spoilers I have planned for her though... With that out of the way, enjoy!💕💗💖)
1. Barbie's voice actor is Nola Klop, who voiced V from Murder Drones, another work by GLITCH Productions.
2. As the owner, Barbie is the only one who can actually taste the edible decorative pieces of candy on her clothes. Anybody else who eats them don't taste anything at all.
3. Barbie is roughly 19-20 years old, making her the youngest member of the circus.
4. Barbie's appearance is inspired by Amemiya from Okegom.
5. Barbie never runs out of candies because they automatically replenish themselves on her clothes every time she eats one. She is never seen eating her candy hairclips, however.
6. Barbie knows that Bubble enjoys being popped, so whenever he does something she doesn't like, she just sprays him with a water bottle like a pet.
7. While Caine genuinely wants to please every single circus performer, Barbie is the only one he truly listens to for reasons that will eventually be revealed.
8. Barbie can be classified as a "yandere" due to her apparent mental instability and resemblance to Yuno Gasai from the anime Mirai Nikki.
9. Barbie's name has two meanings:
- "foreign woman" in Greek, alluding to her enigmatic and seemingly unearthly behavior compared to the rest of the performers
- named after Barbie dolls due to her digital avatar being a doll and her overly-cheerful attitude
10. The reason behind Barbie's appearance is that while her candy-themed clothes give her an innocent demeanor, her being a witch also refers to witches serving antagonistic roles in children's fairy tales.
11. There will be signs of inspiration by Ink!Sans from the Undertale OC fandom in future chapters:
- she pukes pixelated black vomit whenever she gets far too excited or provoked
- the candies she frequently eats play a similar role to his paint vials
12. The discarded and broken mirrors in Barbie's bedroom is a reference to Doll's room from Murder Drones.
13. Barbie's hat can actually be removed, despite the rest of the characters' clothes being a part of their bodies due to their digital avatars.
14. Barbie's character as a whole is inspired by Amanda from Amanda the Adventurer and Monika from Doki Doki Literature Club.
15. Despite almost always seen eating candy from her clothes, Barbie's favorite food is actually meat, her top favorite being steak.
16. Barbie is the only one to get along with Jax due to their similar apathetic nature towards their fellow circus members, though it is heavily implied it is also because she may have a crush on him, as she briefly blushed when he called her "Princess". This is also a reference to V and N's relationship in Murder Drones, as Jax shares the same voice actor as N.
17. Barbie hates wearing glasses to the point where she will purposely stomp on the first pair she sees, heavily implying the reason may be related to her human life.
18. It is implied that Barbie may be self-aware, as she actually breaks the fourth wall and stares at the camera in the previous chapter asking the readers "What do [they] think?".
19. Barbie can play the piano.
20. Barbie's dismissive attitude about exits and apparent mental instability heavily indicates she is undergoing some form of severe escapism.
21. Barbie is actually Gangle's favorite model to draw because she resembles an anime girl.
22. Barbie is the third person to arrive in the circus after Ragatha, but right before Jax.
23. Barbie chose her own name and came up with Zooble's name upon their own arrival.
24. Out of all the characters in the circus, Barbie would be the best dancer. If asked, she can perfectly copy the titular protagonist's dance from the Netflix show Wednesday.
25. Barbie likes wearing Gothic Lolita dresses.
26. A song that could be used to describe Barbie's character would be the Amanda the Adventurer fan song "Don't Listen" by YouTuber Jakenuetron.
27. If Barbie had a favorite video game, it would be the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise.
