Chapter 13

"Great !! So if we clearly have no other choice than to play this stupid game than be it.", Jacky hissed.

"Its no tough Jacky. You don't have to do anything. Just wait.", Jason tried to calm her and went toward his car to open it. From his car he took out something that seemed like spray cans. He handed two spray cans each to Jacky and Sam and kept one for himself.

"What are these for?", Sam turned the can around to inspect it but couldn't figure out anything.

"Watch this.", he said and proceeded toward the trees on left side of the road that were leading to the thick dark forest. He shook one can and sprayed it on the bark of a tree but nothing happened. He then went to the next tree and sprayed the can, Still no result. Jacky and Sam intently watched him going to tree after tree spraying on them.

"Ahha this is it.", he said. Jacky and Sam closely watched the tree he had sprayed on. Their eyes widened when slowly the bark of the tree started glowing, An arrow was marked on it in a glowing neon green colour.

"That. ."Jason pointed toward the way that arrow was indicating, ". . . . we are supposed to go that way. Now keep spraying on the trees that comes in that way and it'll keep guiding us toward our party place." Both the girls nodded and repeated the same steps Jason performed.

"Yaay.. I got another arrow mark.", Sam shouted and clapped her hands in excitement. Following all the arrows they discovered they kept walking toward where the arrows pointed.

"This will take whole night.", Jacky's tone sounded pissed.

"I don't think so..", Jason said.

"What do you mean now?", Jacky frowned and turned toward him but his eyes were fixed on something far ahead.

"Look over there.", he raised his hand and pointed his finger at something. The girls' eyes followed the direction at which his finger was pointing. As soon as their eyes fell at the thing he was pointing out their jaws dropped and their eyes widened.

"Holy Shit !!", Sam covered her mouth.

"Interesting !!" It was the only word that left Jacky's mouth and she walked ahead of the other two while they kept standing and staring at the large bungalow lit with lights right infront of them. This large bungalow was right in the middle of the forest and the lights decorated around the place was the only light present in this forest spread of about hundreds of acres. The forest where the bungalow proudly stood was not said to be the best place to hangout alone. There was part of the forest that was prohibited to enter. Leave alone humans Not even any vampire was allowed to be there. Besides everything, this party place was still safe and why won't it be when it was owned by the prince himself.

They started following Jacky as she walked toward the place. Outside the bungalow was a large swarm of people, some faces they had already seen at college and some completely new to them. Most of them were heading inside where the real party was going on but some of them didn't bother to enter the party and were snogging their partners right on the way itself. The three of them made their way past the crowd and went straight toward the door.

Jason held the door knob," Girls Ready to experience the first college party."

"Hell Yea..!", Sam's shouted at the top of the voice but
her voice managed to diffuse between all the loud noise of music coming from behind the door. The thick wooden plank that stood there as the door was not strong enough to hold in the music. The noise was able to leak out through it and spread across the area surrounding the place.

"Ladies first.", Jason opened the door with a huge smile and the girls walked in followed by him.

The inner atmosphere was entirely different from the outer one. The bungalow inside gave a vintage look with its wooden carved interiors. At once it felt like you've time travelled to the past. The dark teak wood interiors were lit up by small colourful neon lights. The loud noise of music started getting louder as they walked toward the core of the place where the dance floor was set up. People swayed their bodies in sync with the beats of the music letting themselves loose. In the middle of the crowd on the dance floor was the host couple Harry and Nan. Both of them drunk in love danced to the beats with their bodies in the closest proximities. Jacky watched them in awe but it wasn't too late when a hint of envy swept across her mind. She was envious of Nan for everything she had that Jacky always wanted. True love, A complete family and happiness. . . These were the things that Jacky never got. What she got was a broken family, a love that she lost and a scar forever on her mind regarding her father's death.
