Laying on her bed Jacky's fingers continuously played with the switch of the table lamp and making the light flicker. Everytime her thumb presses the on button making the lamp burn, the bulb inside it radiated light that would reconstruct itself into two images. One image of a person she very well acknowledged. . .Zayn and the other an entire stranger. Whether it was real or a game that her mind was playing, was not yet sure. She shrugged off the former image and focussed the latter one. . . Niall. Her head was too wrapped around the latest episodes that took place. As if the encounter with Zayn wasn't enough that a new stranger dropped out of nowhere.

Same enemy !!

How does he know about that? As long as she remembered she never shared any detail about her intentions with anyone. Leave alone the living ones she never gave a hint of her thoughts even to a dead leaf. If he really mean what he said how could he betray his king being a vampire himself? In compliance with what she had heard about, this species vampires never betray their king. They are loyal to the highest authority that created them and made them immortal.

What if he's not even a vampire?

If he's not a vampire then what could he be? Werewolf? But as per the records they were dead hundreds of years ago. Existence of werewolves was unimaginable. Her head and shoulders felt heavy as if someone had tossed over a million tons of load over her. She quickly got up from her bed and rummaged about her closet trying to find her escape from the tension she suddenly felt in her head. Her hands brushed across a small pack and a wide smile fell on her face. She pulled it out and looked at the pack of cigarettes that belonged to Liam and she had somehow managed to sneak it in her bag alongwith other things. Her eyes were filled with pure fond as she took out one cigarette and dropped the rest where they were earlier. Plopping the cigarette in her mouth she took out a lighter that she had safely kept at one corner of the closet and lit up the cigarette. She pushed open the room's window and pulled a chair toward it to sit facing the window. She didn't want to leave any trace of fact that she smoked. She inhaled in the nicotine present inside the packed cigarette and let out swirls of smoke from her mouth and nostrils. With every puff she felt her tensions being lifted off her shoulder and made her more and more relaxed. She had not even fully enjoyed the highness of the substance in her lit up joint that she heard the noise of shoes nearing her dorm room. Perhaps it was Sam and Tristan maybe. She quickly took a large puff and exhaled the last cloud of smoke before smashing the cigarette with her feet and throwing the remnants out of the window.By the time the door opened the room she quickly fanned with her hands to clear off the foul smell of smoke. The door creaked open making way for Sam followed by Tristan.

"JACKYY." She squealed and threw her arms around her.

"What's this for?" Jacky pulled away from the embrace.

"We missed you." Sam pouted and leaned in to hug her again but Jacky shook her head and leaned back avoiding anymore physical contact. Tristan grinned and sat beside her.

"I thought you'd have gone by now." Jacky tilted her head and cocked her eyebrow.

"Why? How can I go back without meeting my sister."

"Awww how caring." She mocked. "But you better get going fool. Mom would definitely not want her favourite kid drive late night."

"Favourite kid huh? Well last time I thought it was you."

"Shut up Trissy." Jacky pinched his arms.

"Hey Don't call me that." Tristan frowned.

"Why not? TRISSY?" Jacky poked her tongue out.
