Dragons on fire, screaming as they burnt to a crisp.
Himself, watching helplessly from a prison of vines.
Everything perishing, the corpses of thousands sprawled on the ground.
Another army, but instead of stone they were real dragons that looked nothing like the dragons on Pyrrhia.
Pale violet eyes stared straight into his soul, and his vision went dark.
Another nightmare.
Visioner jumped as his eyes met wide blue ones.
"Are you okay?" One of his new clawmates, a sky-blue SeaWing called Tide, asked. "I didn't know you moved around so much when you sleep."

Visioner shut his eyes, trying to catch his breath.
"I- I'm okay," He replied, cautiously opening his eyes.
After Mink had left, Sunny had placed him in a cave with Tide. With Mink gone, Scorpion was now sharing a cave with Deathstalker and Sepia.
Visioner took a shaky breath, and stumbled down his stone bed. Feathers drifted in the air, settling on the ground.
"I heard we have some new teachers and students coming today," Tide continued. "I can't believe that we've already been here for a year!"
"Me, too," Visioner murmured. Had it already been a year since he had escaped the torture chamber he had once called home? A year since he'd first realized that his father didn't love him?
"Let's go see who's coming!" Tide grabbed Visioner by his uninjured arm and dragged him out of the cave.
He was still getting used to contact and loud noises, but he was getting better at coping.
Visioner pushed the flashes of the future he had seen in his dream.
I'll think about that later, He thought.
