TRUTHSEEKER
Truthseeker settled on the most reasonable conclusion;
Everyone in this class was crazy, mentally unstable, and sad.
Well. Maybe not ALL of them, but MOST of them.
Especially the nervous little dragonet with the weird seizure-vision powers. He had a few observations (mostly about how scary and terrifying and confusing everything was), but besides that he only thought about a dark purple NightWing with no expression. And then a cheerful IceWing. Occasionally to Firefly, the kind of unfriendly hybrid princess who sat next to Truthseeker. And then back to the purple NightWing.
Truthseeker managed to catch a glimpse of his poor, traumatizing past. A NightWing (his FATHER! Thank the moons her dad was a nice and caring dragon) who had bullied and abused him and that dark purple dragonet.
His thoughts were always very dark and Truthseeker didn't really like his mind; it was too sad and it made her want to cry and hug him and then everyone would think SHE was crazy when she was one of the only dragons in the room with an AMAZING dragonethood.
Firefly, daughter of Queen Glory and Deathbringer had an observant mind. Truthseeker wondered how someone so quiet on the outside could be brimming with emotions. Her power was so STRANGE; Truthseeker couldn't imagine only feeling someone's emotions without reading what they were thinking. It would feel really weird.
That greenish dragon called Star with grumpy thoughts; seeing the future and reading minds at the same time? With ENHANCED POWERS. WOW.
Truthseeker would love to befriend him, if only he had a better attitude.
Three full moons...he must be the same age as the founders of the school!
Oops. Star was now glaring at her as Moon started talking about the moons. Haha, Moon and moons. How funny!
Lastly, the pretty and shy dragonet who was called Dreamer; she seemed nice and very friendable. Her scales were so beautiful. Truthseeker wanted to ask her if she was a hybrid. Oh, her thoughts were very easy to read. Dreamer was very awkward and quiet, but secretly was reaaaally excited about school. All the learning.
Eesh. Even the word 'learning' gave Truthseeker shivers.
But I still love it heree! She thought joyfully, ignoring Star's weird glances at her direction. The chance that the academy had offered her when one of their NightWings had gone missing was absolutely a miracle!
Though I hope that poor NightWing is alright; they must miss it here.
