Eunchae
I smiled thinking about how an hour had passed and we both were just singing songs on the bus. It was a quite nice playlist actually. I didn't imagine Jungwon to have such a good taste in music. We stopped singing for a while and drank water. While Jungwon was busy drinking water, I saw Jihye mouthing 'Please take care of him for me' from the little space between two seats so I could see her. I could do nothing but smile and nod. I took out my phone and started scrolling until I came across a dance fan cam by ENHYPEN's Jung Yangwon, my bias, dancing to Sweet Venom, their latest release. I found the chorus addicting and the choreography satisfying. I looked at the video so many times as I tried to learn the steps while sitting.
"You dance?" Jungwon asked.
"Kinda. You know, just for fun." I replied sheepishly.
"Me too. This song's quite interesting too, by the way, my bias is Park Yaj, he is so caring. Let's learn this together." He stated while looking at the video.
"Sure." I assured and smiled as I shifted my phone towards him. I could see he was struggling with the consistent head-moving step.

"It's like this right? Swee-e-e-et, e-e-e-et." He said putting a finger in front of his mouth while making a shush finger and shifting his head side to side like a chicken. I laughed at his dumbness.
"Do it with me. Swee-e-e-et, e-e-e-et." I hummed as I made the same pose and moved my head to the beat. He copied me as we suddenly stopped and looked at each other.
"We both look like chickens," He said with a serious face "Like what the hell is this e-e-et?" He did the same move so dramatically that I burst out laughing. Soon he joined in as I laughed and mimicked his face. After we were finally out of breath, we stopped giggling. I suddenly got a notification and I opened it. It was a cash transfer of 6,01,17,805 KRW (estimated $46,369). My jaw fell off as I stared at my phone while Jungwon choked on air in the background. Before I could say something I got a call from Ms. Kim. I quickly picked it up,

Eunchae: Good Evening Mam.
Ms. Kim: Good Evening Eunchae-ssi. You must have seen that I have transferred you a huge sum of money.
Eunchae: Ne.
Ms.Kim: All of that is the school fund that was given to me for paying off the expenses of the students. I have given this sum to you because I trust you. Please clear off all required payments like hotels, restaurants, and so on. I have already paid the bill for the first hotel. But, sweetheart, please don't tell any student that you have the money. I don't think everyone will be loyal, they can ask you for money if you tell them. If students need money to buy something, please hand them some, claiming it's your own. This money shouldn't be used for any other purposes as the receipt will go straight to the principal. Although buy some things for yourself with it, I have already given you such a big responsibility.
Eunchae: Thank you, mam. I won't let you down. How is the situation at home mam?
Ms. Kim: It's all settled for now, but there are still some issues. I'll take my leave now. Thanks for asking sweetie.
Eunchae: Good to hear mam. Take care.
Call cut
I felt my phone was heavy so I looked over to see Jungwon's ear glued to the phone. I panicked as I looked at him.
"You won't tell this to anyone, will you?" I asked with pleading eyes.
"Of course not. You can trust me." He assured.
"Thanks." I smiled and closed my eyes. After a while, I heard soft, almost inaudible snores. I looked over to see Jungwon sleeping peacefully. I was quite tired too and it was a long ride before we reached our next hotel, so I rested my head on his shoulder and drifted off to sleep.
Jungwon
I woke up because I found Niki tapping on my shoulder. I mumbled 'what happened' and was about to straighten myself when I realised Eunchae was sleeping on my shoulder. I ignored the urge and readjusted myself so she could be more comfortable.
"We have arrived at the hotel. Tell her to wake up." Niki told me, slinging his backpack as everyone moved out of the bus. I lightly tapped her shoulder to avoid touching anywhere she might feel uncomfortable and called out her name. After numerous times she still didn't wake up. I signaled my friends to go. One thing I learned today was that Min Eunchae is a deep sleeper, more of the type who would risk her life for sleep. I succeeded after many tries when she woke up and asked me what happened. I stood up and told her that everyone had gone as the hotel arrived. We got off the bus as the students were gathered in a crowd listening to what the school's hired personal guide was explaining. I listened intently and let Eunchae hide behind me because she had her head resting on my back as she tried to get a few more seconds of sleep. Soon everyone moved inside and I held Eunchae's hand in hopes that she would fall in her sleep if it weren't for me. We walked inside and Eunchae was about to sit in the reception waiting area like other students when I spoke,
"Pabo, the payment has to be made and the rooms have to be selected."
"Geez, you startled me. Okay okay, let's go." She said as I dragged her to where the receptionist was. She asked her to book a private suite for nine people like before and five rooms for two people each. The receptionist was checking when suddenly Eunchae spoke,
"Thanks, Jungwon."
I made a shocked face and looked at her.
"What?" She questioned.
"You've never called me by my name before. It came out as a surprise. But why are you thanking me?" I asked scratching the back of my neck.
"I've been wanting to say it since the day you consoled me. Thank you for being there for me. Your presence itself made it easy for me. It was a much-needed hug and I felt very comfortable. By the way, you're a very huggable person you know? That hug was so sweet, felt as if I hugged a teddy bear." She smiled like a child and I could feel her words were genuine.
"Welcome!" I said in my calmest tone but my face was red I know. Why?
The receptionist made the booking and Eunchae paid for it.
"Let's go, everyone!" She shouted and signaled at the two elevators with a capacity of ten each. We were 19 so it won't be a problem. Our friends went in the first lift and it was full so we took the one with the other students. The atmosphere was very awkward until someone spoke,
"Hey, are you two dating? I can feel it by the way you look at eachother."
