New friends

I hear a knock on my door and Dr.Uriah peeks her head in. "We've got some new girls in our lab that have powers. Would you like to meet them?" She asks joyfully. I jump up and nod happily. She closes the door and I just pamper myself a bit. I frown because what if they don't like me? I sigh and try to put on my best smile. I walk through the door and I see two girls they look like twins. Both of them have curly hair but ones hair is shorter than the other. I think they are pretty and they both have stunning blue eyes. They both look shy though. I walk up to them smile and wave. "Hi my names is Paris." I greet them. They ease up and and the one with the longer hair pipes up and says "I'm Hazel." And the other one smiles and and says " And I'm Darcy."
"Wow you guys have such pretty names." I tell them and they blush. They thank me and I nod with a bright smile.

"Well if you don't mind me asking what can you guys do?". I ask polietly.
Darcy steps up first. " Well I can control some of the earth like I can move big rocks with my mind and I can control the wind. " "Woah." I say astonished. "And I can light things on fire and freeze things to the touch and I can also make myself catch fire and I can freeze myself." Hazel chimes in. I furrow my eyebrows and thinks. "Are your parents like the human torch and storm or something." I ask confused as I think back to when I watched fantastic 4 and the avengers and a whole bunch of other superhero movies. " Umm yah actually. Darcy says with suprise. My eyes widen at my lucky guess. "No offense but why did your parents send you here then." I say still confused. "Well our parents thought we could control our powers better and get some help here." Hazel explains. I nod understanding. "Well why are you here?". They ask. "Well I'm connected to some kind of spirit that I can only communicate with and tell him what to do and he does it and he can do a lot of cool stuff."I try to explain. They nod and I smile.

Dr.Uriah comes in and tells us "I see you've made friends, why don't you take them to your room Parry?." I smile and gesture them towards my room. They follow not far behind me. They both look around with awe. I tell them whatever is mine they are more than welcome to it. Darcy stares at my hat that One direction gave me and her jaw drops. "Did.. did you meet 1D?". She asks full of excitement. "Yah I went to baseball game and I ran into them. I helped a guy out so Niall took of his hat signed it and so did the others and gave it to me." I inform her. She looked at me and it looked like she didn't know what she was going to do she just looked so happy. "You met Harry Stlyes?". She squealed. I nodded and she picked up the hat. "This is so cool!". She said examining it but puts it down after a bit. I nod and Hazel comes up to me and hugs me. I was suprised and I didn't know what was going on. She pulled back and told me " You're the girl who saved that little boy and helped capture that hooded man. He was our enemy and we weren't able to defeat or find him, thank you." "I just did what I thought needed to be done, but thanks." I say shocked. I pull back and just think. Wow they actually might want to be my friends. I smile at the thought.
Dr.Uriah comes in and waves to me to come to the door. I walk over there not knowing what to expect. "Paris we are gonna have to do another test because we found a chemical in your blood that could lead to a new superpower. Also the girls will need to stay in a different part of the building so you will not to get to see them often." She exclaims. I frown and nod in agreement. "The test will be in an hour and the suprise will be done tomorrow." She points out as I walk away. I sigh and walk back into my room. The girls have to leave so we hug and wave goodbye. I tear up because I actually have friends but I wouldn't get to see them much. I grab my pillow and sob for a bit.
I get up and wash my face off. I sniff and look at myself in the mirror. I look ok I'll be fine and I pamper up a bit as Dr.Uriah comes in and tells me were ready for the test. I look down at the floor and no begin to follow her.
she leads me into the same room she got my blood sample from. Geoff comes in and dd smiles at me. I cheer up a bit just seeing him. He walks over and puts something over my head almost like a white helmet. Geoff bends down at looks at me seriously. "We are going to view your brain and we are going to try to trigger your other power, ok?".

I close my eyes and get ready myself to whatever is going to happen. I take a deep breath and slowly exhale. I feel a sharp pain in my head and scream from the pain. I squirm around and feel angry. I'm not sure why but I get up and my eyes turn white and I feel my hands become warm. I clench my teeth and throw my hand out and a lightning or something electric comes out of my hands. I hear a weird noise and it looks like there is force field around me. I become even angrier and warmth boils through out my body. I scream and my whole body gives of electricity and it looks like a huge bolt of lightning came from me.
I feel weak suddenly and fall to the ground. I clench my head from the pain. Geoff bursts through the door and takes off the helemt. He helps me up and walks me back to my room.
I feel so weak and tired I just plop myself on my bed. Geoff tucks me in and I quickly fall asleep.

(Geoff's pov)
After Parry ' s test we gathered the information and we have made the conclusion she can control and give of of electricity anywhere off of her body. It should be easy to control but can get dangerous if she becomes mad. Tomorrow we will introduce Matix to her and he will have a another power also. Further tests will be needed also.
