Chapter 10: Mr grumpy

I finally had reached my room and took a shower. Putting on a pair of emerald green pj's I flopped onto my bed and fell asleep as soon as my head reached the pillow. My eyes still heavy I could hear voices coming from the hallway. I relucetly followed the voices opening the door the find it was the room across from me.
"Loki stop being a child, I can't take these cuffs off you"
"Yes you can thor, do you really want me to sleep in these, it will be so uncomfortable"
"You'll have to get over it" Thor said to him. Foot steps were coming towards me as I hid behind my door. Thor stormed out, and down to his own, not far away. Loki peered out his door watching his brother disapear into his room. He looked relieved and upset. Putting on my best acting face, I appeared in my door way rubbing my eyes trying to look like i just had gotten up, at like what 4 in the morning, I guessed.
"You two always fight this loud"
"I dont know" he said irritably, rolling his eyes.
"Grummpy" I state to his face
"What are you even doing up this late, you midguardians dont stay up late, so why are you"
"Cause you are screaming Jackass" I voice angrily.
He rolls his eyes at me and turns shutting his door. With a sign I plan on making it my mission to get the others to life him. No matter what. With that I head back to the comfort of my bed and slowly drift to sleep by the sounds of the bustling city below.
8 am rolled around and I couldn't sleep anymore. I had woken up this morning around 7:50 and couldn't go back to sleep, I tossed and turned but nothing worked so I opted to get up and have breakfast before anyone got up.
I got up and pulled on a set of black leggings and a nice dark blue shirt. Openign the door, I stepped onto the hard wood floor.
"Nope i need socks" and scrambled to pull as pair of white socks on.
"Thats better" I laughed. Rushing to get food, I slid around on my socks like an ice skating rink. I ran strait into a hard chest.
"Sorry" I say stepping back and brushing myself off.
"No worries" I looked up and saw loki, I was so preoccupied with brushing my self off I didn't realise who it was that i ran into. I smile at him and walk around to pluck a avocado from the bag on the counter. Putting 2 pieces of tost into the toaster and waiting patiently for it to finish.
"Why are you up so early" Loki questioned bluntly. Trying to not get so pissed I looked at him and trying to match his tone stated.
"I couldn't sleep..........." we sat in a long pause, uncomfortable silence.
