If time stopped
Could you turn the clock to futures past
Would you mute the cries of infants born
In a world where guns dictate the law
Would peace be common place and war a word not seen or heard
Would fields blossom once again with no trace of battles fought
Would there be a time when childrens laughter echoed and no one lived in fear
If you could turn the seconds back and stop the sorrow of this time ... would you?
