-Chapter Thirteen/Video Footage-

-Nobody's POV-

The video footage was filmed very professionally. 4k, not a wide shot, perfect lighting, and it was almost as if they knew exactly where to film. In the video there was a woman that Newt had only seen at his best friend's house. Ava Paige, Ava had blonde hair that was almost always in a bun, but in the video her hair was down to her shoulders. Her makeup was the same as usual, bright red lipstick you could see from a mile away, foundation, highlighter, contour, faint blush, and setting powder. She wore a pastel yellow dress that went down to her knees, the waist was snatched and the way the top of the dress looked it seemed like the left side of the dress was underneath the right side of the dress. She wore a white sweater on top of the dress. The sweater was about down to her stomach and didn't have any way to close it. To top off the look, Ava wore a plain pair of white high heels giving her an extra three inches.

Newt only got really upset when he realized who the other person was. It was his father, Janson Issac. Janson had short black hair that was styled slightly up and was a bit spikey. He had a little bit of stubble that you could barely see but it was faintly visible. He was wearing his usual work clothes which consisted of a white button up, a grey tie, a dark grey blazer, matching pants, black dress shoes, and a white cloth in his blazer pocket.

The two seemed to be meeting at a Motel across from Janson's place of work. Making it seem like he was at work if anyone looked at his location of phone finder. They both walked into the same room and closed the blinds. While you couldn't exactly see what was happening you could see their silhouettes doing something that made Newt go crazy. He hated how his father had treated his mother. Newt's mother had given up everything for him. Elizabeth gave up her family, her traditions, her beliefs, everything, just to be betrayed like this. Newt paused the footage and turned off the T.V.

"Why?! What did my mother do to either of them?! Why would they do this?!" Newt screamed. Sonya heard him and went upstairs to the attic to check on her brother. Newt proceeded to explain everything to her. Sonya felt heartbroken for their mother. She then realized why she was preferred over Newt. Her hair was closest to Ava's hair color, she even liked everything Ava did. Sonya realized that their father saw her as his own child with Ava rather than the child with Elizabeth.

Newt looked more like their mother instead of Ava. Their mother had light brown hair which was going to be Newt's hair color by the time he was thirty-five. She had dark brown eyes with hazel at the center. Their father had always been harsher on Newt. Whenever Newt would get even one point less than a one hundred, their father would get extremely angry. He once smashed a stone plate on the floor which broke the plate.

"I didn't finish the video, should we finish it?" Newt asked Sonya. She nodded so they turned on the T.V and continued the video. At the very end of the video the sound was clear as day "I promise you that I'll leave her and marry you." Janson told Ava. Newt was enraged.
