Hailey POV
I was shocked when Tony told me that they had to take my rectal temperature. I'm goddamn not ready for this.
I am unable to talk also due to my throat pain. So I couldn't talk anything.
Tony POV
I can see Hailey on the verge of tears. But I can also see her struggling to talk, I guess it's because of her throat pain. But I'm gonna play dumb and try to finish this as soon as possible.
Tony
Okay dear.... Let's turn you aroundddd...
Hailey
Mmmhhmmm.... P-ple-easeee...
Robert
Maybe I could wait outside.
Tony
No Robert, I don't think I can manage this alone....
Hailey
P-ple-easeee.. l-le-ave meee...

Tony
It's nothing dear... It's going to be alright...
Tony assured her and tried to make her lay on her stomach, but she didn't allow him to do so. So Robert helped him untangle her from Tony and made her lay on the bed. Since Hailey is already sick, she couldn't win them, and cried desperately.
This sight made Tony tear up. But he composed himself for Hailey's sake. He held her hands behind her back and Robert removed her shorts and panties in one go and applied lube and then slowly inserted the thermometer.
She flinched on the cold contact, continuing her pointless opposition by crying her eyes out.
Tony continuously tries to console her, eventually Robert took out the thermometer which read 104° F.
Without minding her removed clothes, Tony took her to his lap, so that Hailey is leaned against in his chest. He brought her face closer to his chest, and kissed her head multiple times, reassuring her that it's all done and praised her how brave she was.
Robert nodded at Tony, to which he understood that next issue is in row. They waited for Hailey to calm down. It took her around 15 minutes to come down to sniffles.
Tony saw Robert and let him know to get ready throw eye contact. Tony slowly made his grip stronger around her shoulder and arms and gave space for Robert's access.
Hailey wasn't mentally clear enough to observe what was happy, instead gladly immersed her in his hug. Since, her shorts and panties weren't adjusted, it was easy for Robert to administer the shot.
The syringe is filled with a yellow oily liquid, which is quite terrifying. Tony and Robert knew what is going to come, so prepared themself for the struggle they are gonna face.
Robert wiped her left butt which was easily assessable since she was leaning her right side of her body against Tony. She flinched at the cold sensation. Tony took this cue and made a death grip of his hold.
Hailey soon understood the situation, and tried to thrash around. But Tony's grip didn't leave her. She screamed her lungs out, when the deathly liquid started to flow into her body. She started breathing heavily, which made Tony worry more.
He told to Robert to finish the shot sooner. Robert too, inorder to make this situation come to and end, he pushed the plunger little faster than before, which didn't leave their ears and hearts alone, without Hailey's undying scream, to let her go.
Soon Robert finished the shot and rubbed the spot firmly for next 2 minutes, which didn't decrease any pain for Hailey. She could only cry and ask them to let her go.
After lots and lots of sweet words and forehead kisses from Tony, she eventually slept in his arms due to tiredness. Tony gave her one last kiss and made her lay on the bed properly, covered by duvet.
Tony couldn't control his emotions as he stood and went away soon, leaving Robert behind.
Robert stood there for some minutes and saw the sleeping figure of Hailey, without any expression on his face.
He went near her and kissed her forehead, muttering under his breath,"I'm Sorry".
