When did we start to drift apart?
One moment we were fine,
I blinked, now there's a line.
How I wish, like in games, we could restart.
Now, I'm left speechless
Left wondering where it went wrong,
Why did things go wrong?
I can't even be sure if I'm faultless.
Oh how quick time passes by,
Yesterday you were with with me,
Now I'm thinking how to say goodbye.
If you could only tell me, I'll gladly let you be.
How much more do I have to endure?
Do I have to wait for a friendship that's no longer secure?
I have tried everything to make it right,
I even told you I'm sorry, if you only saw my messages that night.
Was my mistake that big of a deal?
If it is so, why can't you just tell me, so I would know how you feel?
I never told you I'm not willing to make it right.
In fact I will do anything just so we will no longer fight
I never realized how fragile our frienship were.
How you changed so quickly, made me doubt all I thought we were.
Took me years to get close to you,
Now I'm thinking of ways how to make it up to you.
Why did you change?
Never did I see a day will come, you and I now estranged
The reason, will I ever get to know?
Was our friendship all for show?
How many more poems do I have to write,
In order for you to give me a chance to make it right.
How I wish this present never came,
That you and I, still the same.
If I can only go back to where we started,
Then I'd have a chance to be more guarded.
You keep making me wish I never met you,
If I ever go back to the past, I wonder what I would do?
