Izuku pulls a cord on his chest making his head turn into a chainsaw while also growing chainsaws in the middle of his hands. He can retract the ones in his arms as well as put chainsaws on his legs which he can then basically roller blade on or get on all fours and basically be a buggy. He also has pain immunity and hyper regeneration when consuming blood or flesh. Also he was able to make Pochita into a dog while his power remains inside Izuku so essentially its a husk of Pochita without his powers. When he eats Devils they will loose their powers but will gain them back after dying and reincarnating in hell if he bites a person or eats them their quirk will stop working entirely until he dies again.
