Everyone rushed down to explore our new home, running through the forest. All of them shouting out with joy. With my feet planted firmly in the dirt I take it all in at once. One big breath of fresh air, and I couldn't help but smile from ear to ear.
"Aurora." I hear someone call out. It was Clarke, Wells and Finn. Clarke seemed a little uneasy. Looking down at what looked like a map. I make my way over to the group.
"What's up Clarke?" I ask still smiling.
"You see that peak over there?" seemed pretty annoyed at that point. I nodded in response.
"Mount Weather. There is a radiation soaked forest between us and our next meal." Clarke explains. I could understand why she looked so upset.
"They dropped us on the wrong god damn mountain." I said looking straight forward.
Clarke and I start working out how far it would be to get to Mount Weather when Wells comes out of the drop ship.
"We got a big problem. The communication system is dead."
"Well hell, guess we are on our own." I say not lifting my head from my work. "It will be alright as long as the wristbands are still working, the Ark will still know we are alive."
"Aurora is right. But all that matters is getting to Mount Weather." Clarke starts.
There seems to be a heap load of tension between Clarke and Wells. So when I was done I simply walked away and let them talk. But as I was leaving I hear not just them arguing, turning back around to see a group circling around the two. I start to make my way back towards them. Wells was trying to explain the situation regarding Mount Weather. Reminding them of what his father had said.
"Screw your father. You think you're in charge here? You and your little princess?" Octavia says with such an attitude. I have never heard her talk like that. Frankly, it was adorable, but this wasn't the time to be messing around.
"You're not listening!" Wells yells towards everyone. Although, before he could continue, I see a familiar face in the corner of my eye. He had light brown, mildly slicked back hair, he steps up and shoves Wells. It was Murphy, I knew him from my childhood but I doubt he remembers me. Growing up we merely tolerated each other.
"Look at this everyone, Chancellor of Earth." Murphy says mocking him.
"Hey! Back off Murphy!" I shout walking over there.
Wells looked fed up. "You think that's funny?!"
All of a sudden Murphy trips Wells and I was so sure I heard his ankle snap. I push Murphy back "Cunt! You better fucking watch yourself!" I give him a warning and try to help Wells up. Clarke takes him trying to stabilize him, so he can stand up right, even though he won't be able to walk on that foot much. When Murphy pushes me back.
"What are you going to do about it, doll face?" He smirks.
I smile sweetly. "Why don't you come here and I'll show you?"
He takes a couple steps towards me. I bat my eyelashes at him, as he starts laughing. I then grab his arm and twist it around his back and trip him into the dirt. He groans in pain whilst I continue to twist his wrist. I knelt down with one knee on his back. Putting weight on it so he couldn't get up.
"Now, I believe you forgot to say something to my friend Wells here after you tripped him." I say with a slight smirk on my face.
"Fuck you!"
I lower my face "Now, that's not very nice." I say as I pull him to his feet and roughly push him into the crowd of boys from earlier. When I look up, I see Octavia, laughing nonstop and Bellamy smiling at me. Clarke and Wells nod their heads as if to say thank you. I nod back.
