Tomorrow is here.

Tomorrow is today.

Y/n sits awake on her bed, dreading every moment. Thoughts running through her head and she could feel the headache forming in the front of her head from the lack of sleep. She stayed up tossing and turning, thinking about what today may be like for her.

She sighs before getting up from bed to get ready for school.

45 minutes later

Y/n makes her way downstairs and towards the kitchen. She pours herself a glass of water before drinking it.

Mrs. Kim then enters the kitchen. "Good morning honey are you doing okay? You've been very quiet since last night."

Y/n nods, reassuring her mother. "Yeah, just a lot on my mind." She pauses. "Hey mom? What did dad mean about Felix last night?"

Mrs. Kim shifts in her position. "Why don't you join your father and I in his office? Maybe you guys should talk before you head to school."

Y/n furrows her eyebrows before following her mom.

They enter the room to see Mr. Kim sitting behind his desk.

"Honey, Y/n's here. Why don't you tell her about the thing?" Mrs. Kim gave her husband a look.

Mr. Kim nods. "Ah right. Y/n dear, let's continue our conversation from last night." Mrs. Kim takes a seat on her chair that's next to Mr. Kim's as Y/n sits on the couch that's across from their desk.

"Yeah you said something about 'everything's already set' or something like that." Y/n says.

"I wanted to wait a little longer to tell you." He started. "But after last night's events, I thought maybe you should know."

Y/n looks at her parents with anticipation. "Know what?"

"Well you already know that Felix is set to being my next successor and that his family is one of our greatest business partner." Mr. Kim went on, stalling maybe.

"Yeah..." Y/n slowly says.

"What I'm trying to say is that you will be marrying Felix when the time is near." Mr. Kim finally lets out.

"What?" Her eyes widens. She's in shock. This changes everything about today. This was not expected and she's not sure how she will carry on with today with these news.

She didn't say much but inside she was going all over the place, screaming, running, then...nothing.

"Honey maybe it's a good thing considering-."

"Mom please." Y/n cuts her off. "I-I need to get to school. Yeah. I will...I will see you guys later." Y/n stumbles, attempting to grab her bag.

"I understand you need time to process this but we do want to hear your thoughts about this when you get back." Mr. Kim's eyes softens at the sight of his daughter trying not to look panicked.

"Uh y-yeah. Definitely." Y/n puts on a smile before leaving the room.

More thoughts enters the frenzy.

Maybe it was a good thing? It probably made it easier for her to make a choice. Right? She doesn't know.

The walk to school seemed fast.

She stood in front of her locker, spaced out.

"Oh my god, what happened?" Sujin's voice breaks Y/n out of her thoughts.

She looks at her. "What?"

Sujin furrowed her eyebrows. "Did you not see what was posted this morning?"
