Next Day
Y/n strides down the school hallway with her head held high and a white bag with a nicely folded black jacket inside of it.
Not knowing when the mystery boy usually arrives at school she continues to walk through the hallways hoping that she will just run into him already. Even though it was a nice gesture she didn't even know the guy.
She made a sudden stop but not for the guy she was looking for.
"What are you doing in the boys hallway Kim?" Jisung raised an eyebrow. "You don't seem to want my boy anymore so shouldn't you be heading the other way?" He crossed his arms.
(A/N: The school is co-ed meaning for boys and girls but the hallways and classrooms are separated to boys only and girls only.)
Y/n lets out a irritable sigh rolling her eyes, "Move it Han, I don't want to be talking about it, especially with you. And I'm not here for Chan." She was about to walk ahead before Jisung stopped her, grabbing her arm.
"If not Chan then who?" He interrogated.
The girl shook off his hand from her arm. "None of your business. Now if you excuse me." She scoffed before leaving.
Y/n turns the corner and she was glad to find mystery boy at his open locker. She makes her way towards him and he didn't seem to notice her presence.
She pursed her lips at how awkward this was but she couldn't take it anymore. She tapped him on the shoulder as he turned around.
"Hey." He happily greeted.
"Hi? Well I only came here to return your jacket. Thank you for the help yesterday but you didn't have to." Y/n said as mystery boy took the bag from her hands, not saying anything else.
"Um...yeah okay." She nodded before trying to find the least awkward way to leave the situation.
"Don't you want to know my name?" Mystery boy smiled. Y/n stops in her tracks and turned back. "Huh?"
"Cause I really want to know yours." He added.
Y/n furrowed her eyebrows, "You don't know who I am?" The boy chuckles, "I would like to know you." The girl's confusion grew even more when she notices that the boy genuinely didn't know who she was.
Mystery boy also noticed so he let himself be known. "Oh right, I'm new here. Yesterday was actually my first day." He said.
"That explains why I didn't recognize or seen him before" She thought. She nods, "Well thank you again but I'm actually late to meeting my cousin." She knew she wasn't ready to meet a new guy, even if it was just a new potential friend, but she couldn't take the chance.
Y/n began walking away. "The name's Felix." Mystery, not so mystery, boy let out. The girl looked back, "Welcome to this school...Felix." She held a small smile before turning the corner.
"Wow." Felix breathed as he leans on his locker with his hand over his beating heart.

"Did you study for today's test?" Hyunjin ran in panicking as he took his seat next to Jisung. Him doing his own thing, he didn't even glance at the frantic boy as he flips through his comic book. "Why study when I can just cheat off of you?"
"Well I guess we'll both be failing this test because I still don't understand any of this math stuff." Hyunjin said. Jisung just rolls his eyes still reading his comic book.
"You guys should of saw. I just passed Y/n in the hallways and she didn't even spare a glance at me. She said we're still best friends but it's like we are just strangers." Chan comes in the class complaining as he takes his seat in front of the two.
Jisung puts down his comic book as he looks at his friend with sympathy. He sighs, "I bumped into her this morning in the boys hallway. She wouldn't be there unless she was meeting up with someone."
"Are you saying that she already has moved on?" Chan eyed the boy. "Who?" He abruptly stood up. Jisung calmly brought the boy back down into his chair, "I'm not saying she's seeing someone but...it could be a possibility." He nodded.
"Wait what happened to explaining everything to Y/n? She would take you back if she knew that it was an misunderstanding." Hyunjin said. Chan shook his head, "I already tried, she doesn't want to hear any of it."
"Well after what happened to Sujin, I can see why she wouldn't want to talk about it." Hyunjin shrugs.
Chan's expression softened when he recalled what happened in the past. "But I do plan on making her forgive me and have her take me back." He said. "My house later. I'll explain there." The three boys look at each other, giving each other a nod.
"Hey guys." Felix walked in, taking his seat next to Chan. "Hey." Chan greeted back, his attitude being the opposite of yesterday.
"You look happier than usual." Jisung commented on Felix's glow.
The guy began to blush, "Well there's this girl-"
"A girl?! Do tell." Hyunjin exclaims, he props his head on the palms of his hands leaning his elbows on his desk like a schoolgirl who gossips. Jisung smacks Hyunjin's arm, earning an 'ow' from him. "He was just about to, now stop interrupting him."
Felix chuckles at the two, "Well I don't really know her yet, I didn't get her name or anything."
"Ooh Lixie is already crushing on a mystery girl, that is so cute." Hyunjin beamed.
Bell ring.
"Okay class, I hope you guys studied well for today's test cause there will be no retakes for this one." The teacher walked in.
Jisung glares towards his seat partner, "I hope you studied good." Hyunjin suddenly became scared. Chan just snickers at the two. "Good luck with the girl. I hope things turn out good." He said as he pats Felix's shoulders.
"Thanks bro."

Shriek.
"Look at this." Sujin happily shoved her phone in front of Y/n's face. The girl pulls back her cousin's wrist to take a better look of the screen. She looks at her with a blank expression on her face. "What am I looking at?"
"My dress for your parent's party this weekend." Sujin said in a 'duh' tone. "Right." Y/n mumbled.
Sujin notices the slight change of mood, "What's wrong? You always look forward to these events." Y/n sighs, "My parents still doesn't know what happened and invitations, as you know, was sent out last month."
Sujin slowly nodded as she caught on to what Y/n was saying. "And so Chan is going to be at the party." The girl places her head into her hands as she groans, "I can't tell him he can't come to the party."
"Just get a date." Sujin shrugs. "It will be a great distraction and you probably won't have to see him at all." The girl shook her head, "Maybe I should just skip this party."
"Nah uh. You may have left me alone at dinner but you are NOT leaving me alone at this party. You are going Kim Y/n and we will find you a hot date to take to the party."
Y/n sighs, "How determined are you?"
"Very determined." Sujin replied.
