"Oh, finally you are back, Dad's been waiting for you in his office for hours," Namjoon said as soon as TaeHee stepped into the dining room. She noticed Taehyung, and Namjoon were having tea and Jin was bringing out some fresh apple tarts.
"Okay, I'll go see him, Jin oppa save my piece from these idiots!" She said to which Jin gave a thumbs up with a chuckle.
"Appa? I am coming in" TaeHee knocked on the door peeking her head in, to which He smiled and nodded.
"Sit down, We need to talk," he said as she closed the door behind her.
"Am I in trouble?" She asked the first thing as she sat down in front of her SeokMin, he relaxed a little, closing his file and looking at her with a small smile, "No, you are not, but..."
"But, what Appa?" She asked, a little nervous and impatient.
"But, You should have told Seokjin where you're going, and your bodyguard said only about a personal appointment, not the person you met" He spoke softly.
"Didn't you say that if my bodyguard has approved that there's no threat I don't need to inform you, stop worrying about it Appa, I just met with an old friend" She replied with a huff, slumping her shoulders as she now relaxed in her seat.
"Okay okay, I was just worried given your mood from last week, you leave," he said raising both his hands in surrender.
"I understand, but I have to talk to you about something too," She sat up straight from her previous relaxation.
"About what?" He asked in anticipation, she looked a little nervous.
"About your girlfriend, Appa, I am very very sorry for how I fought with you and said stuff about your girlfriend, I didn't mean any of it and I didn't mean to hurt your feelings" hearing her ramble out the apology he stopped her and got up to sit next to her, and held her hand in his,
"It's okay, I dropped a huge piece of news out of nowhere, and though not from you, I was expecting this kind of reaction, It's fine, you know you were wrong to say that kind of thing and you owned up to it, I am happy," he says while lightly patting her hand that he was holding.
"Appa, listen to me first, I have something else to say too," she said, and he nodded at her smiling as if she was like a little kid who hates being cut off.
"What I am saying is, that you should arrange another meeting with Ms. Park and her sons because I am ready to accept your relationship with her, I was just sacred and very nervous about it, and wasn't really sure how this will work out for everyone, I am still not, but I support you like Oppas and Taehyung" she said looking at SeokMin, he pulled her to him and hugged her, "Thank you, without all four of yours approval I would have never married her, I love you guys too much, and you especially my princess" he says patting her head.
"I love you too Appa, and I am sorry, sorry for being so stubborn, and hurting you" she teared up, as he kept patting her head.
Park Residence
"Eomma!! I am home!" Jimin yelled as he entered inside.
"I am in the kitchen!" She says back as he had Just entered the living room joining the kitchen.
"So how was your date?" She asked as he settled down on the stool.
"Eomma! It was not a date, and I was just meeting an old friend, okay?" He makes an angry face and pouts.
"Yeah, yeah, Okay, so what did you want to talk about?" She asked, sitting on her stool beside Jimin.
"Oh that, that's why you came home early Just to talk with meee?" He asked, acting cute and leaning towards her.
"Yah! You are old now!" She said pushing him away, smiling at his antics.
"But you said I'll always be your cute, little mochi? You have changed now that you are marrying your boyfriend!" He said, making a dramatically offended face.
"What? What did you say?" She asked, holding his ear, "Yahhh, Eomma! Here I am trying to say that I accept your boyfriend and you are punishing my poor ear for no reason!" He yells out.
"Oh..omo.. Jimin-na" she pulls away her hand and looks at him.
"Yeah Eomma, I think I am ready to accept it, I have cleared all my doubts" Jimin says.
"What doubts? Is there anything I don't know about Jimin?" Sungi asked suspiciously.
"No..no Eomma, nothing, I'll tell you sometime, but I am fine now, and everything's okay, I just hope you find your happiness and right man this time"
"It's okay Jimin-na, whenever you want to tell, I am happy you accepted, and hopefully we will finally have a family you always wanted, especially Jungkook, he always wanted a Noona, and SeokMin called me a few minutes ago, he wants to arrange for a more casual meeting and day out for everyone" she gave him the news as well and smiled at him.
"Oh, okay, I'll see if I can get some time off from practice, just tell me the dates in advance. I'll be in hyung's studio" he says and kisses her cheek before running upstairs.
