Third person:

Dabi stumbled, his vision distorted and fuzzy, into a park. It was dark, only a flickering streetlight illuminating the place. Dabi smiled to himself as he saw a bench and plopped down onto it. He let out a deep, shaky breath, his heart racing. As much as he'd like to deny it, he may have taken a little too much. Not enough to kill him, but enough that it felt- weird.

Hero hawks was on patrol, scouting the area when he saw a guy laying on a bench. He flew down, staring at the twitching man on the bench. His gut told him that he needed to help him. He looked like he was in so much pain, his face contorted even as he slept. Something told him that if he didn't help him, something terrible would happen. Hawks took a closer look at the man, eyes widening when he realizes one of the top most wanted villains is laying passed out on a bench out in the open.

The hero tapped the villains shoulder lightly, causing him to sit up in a panic. Dabi let out a groan as the world moved in slow motion, his head pounding. The high still very there. "What do you want~?" He slurred as he rubbed his tired eyes. "Are you okay sir?" Hawks asked with his hands stuffed in his pocket. "Huh?" Dabi asked once his blurry vision sort of became clear. He saw the red wings and immediately took off running.

"I'm faster than you, you know. Don't tire yourself out, I don't want you to get hurt," hawks said as he flew next to Dabi, matching his stumbling pace. "Fuck off!" Dabi shouted in a slur before he tripped and fell. "Fuck!" Dabi yelled more in frustration than pain. "Relax, it'll be fine," hawks squatted face level to the villain. "Tell me, why was the second most wanted villain asleep on a park bench?" He asked with a tilt of his head. "Just cuff me and turn me in already. I'm not in the fucking mood to play around," the villain grumbled. Hawks could hear sadness lacing Dabi's voice. "Not until you tell me what happened," he said curiously. Dabi stared into the bird's eyes and smirked before spitting on him. "Then leave," he growled out. "Now, I can't do that either!" The hero said before he plopped into a cross cross position. Dabi let out a groan as he leaned back, head smacking the cement as he fell back. "Ow.." he grumbled as he didn't put the effort into raising his tired body. At this point, he wished it was too much.

"You're high as shit," hawks stated. "Wow, I didn't know that," Dabi said sarcastically. "Why?"

"Well, I'm a villain, what did you expect," Dabi muttered, staring up at the stars. He let out a sigh. "Please just get this done and over with," Dabi whispered. "Why are you being so cooperative?" Hawks asked. "What if I told you... your mom?" Dabi said sarcastically. Hawks let out a laugh and Dabi chuckled. "Okay, but seriously. Why?" Dabi rolled his eyes and stayed silent. Hawks sighed at the villain. He knew he should lock him up, but he's being easy. Too easy. Like he's given up. That thought tugged at the hero's heart, he stared sorrowfully at the villain. "If you aren't going to do anything, I'm going home," the villain grumbled. Hawks stayed silent as he watched the villain struggle to get back on his feet. Once he did, he pulled out his pack of cigarettes, eyes the hero and walked off back to him apartment.

As soon as he got home, he needed to get the needle into his arm. He needed to. His mind was starting to become aware, memories of his past swarming into his head. He walked to the kitchen and began to prepare the crystals to be melted on a spoon. Once they became a thin, brown liquid, he grabbed the syringe and drew up the liquid. He set it onto the counter and growled at himself, running his hand over his face with a stressed expression. He picked up the long rubbed and wrapped it on his bicep, a bruised vein making its presence. He smiled softly as he grabbed the syringe, flicked it, let it dribble out of the needle slightly before injecting it into his vein. He used to flinch at the pain, but he was used to it. Grew to love it.
