My first reaction is to bludgeon him to death with the tenderiser just like I did with Tiger Mask, but he's already prepared to attack me with his sledgehammer. I can't just step away, so I have to do something a bit more conventional. So I hurl my entire body left into the wall. My back stings and hurts and when the sledgehammer whacks into the ground, my teeth begin to vibrate. When he begins to slowly lift the heavy hammer, I prepare to swing the tenderiser, but Bear Mask kicks my arm causing me to cry out in pain and drop the utensil. He raises the hammer again and swings the hammer, but I roll to the side away from my weapon, but when the hammer hits the wall, my ears ring. Instead of going after the tenderiser right away, I draw the screwdriver and stab Bear Mask's ankle and draw back. I stand, and scramble for the tenderiser again and prepare to kill, but his fist flies to my face knocking me back. When I look back up, he's gone.

"What happened?" Elizabeth says approaching me.
"Bear Mask," I say quivering. That is the one moment out of all of this, that I've been nearly close to death and scared of it.
"God you're bleeding," she says. I put my fingers to my lips where I was punched and there's blood at the corner of my mouth.
I go downstairs and get a rag and put it to my mouth. It stings at first, but then it feels okay and the blood stops quick.
We stay in the foyer for the time being, still unable to find Max. I could try again, but Bear Mask may still be upstairs. Max may be outside trying to signal some help. I prepare some more traps and try to prepare some makeshift weapons. But out of what? All we have is metal spoons. Everything else is a weapon.

"I'm gonna go look for Dad," Donald volunteers.
"No you're still injured," I say to him. He still has a bloody hole in his back.
"Well someone has to find him," Felix says in a panic.
"I'll go," I say.
"No," Elizabeth begins. "What happened last time?"
"Well now I know what there is," I say waving the tenderiser.

I go upstairs and search for Max. The bedroom, bathroom and closet are still empty. Then I find an open closet. It has blankets there and bottles of water and what I think is pee. There's a clever knife, with papers over the floor on how to sharpen an axe. It means that the assasins were in the house before anyone else. I look down the hall to the master bedroom. It's an arm under the bed. I slowly approach and drag the arm out and then I see the whole Max's lifeless body. He has a massive slit on his throat with blood all over the floor. I examine the body and I catch something at the corner of my eye. A machete.
I swing the tenderiser and throw it across the room at Fox Mask and then see one way to avoid death. I run further into the room and take a leap our of the window with glass flying around me as I hit the floor.
