The sky was a beautiful, pristine blue. Not a single cloud hovered in sight as the sun shined brightly, casting its illuminating rays onto the boat. As the 'Queen Elizabeth boat' sailed down the Thames, everyone had a feeling of elation and anticipation. The Sex pistols had been working hard on their newest single, "God Save the Queen," and their excitement was palpable.
As the band members eagerly prepared their instruments, the atmosphere on the boat was bustling and cheerful. Everyone seemed to be looking forward to the performance, with a particular sense of excitement resonating throughout.
The soothing rhythm of the waves lapping against the boat was tranquil and calming. Violet was taken aback by the beauty of this serene river, her gaze fixed on the shimmering water. She watched as the waves flowed gracefully, gently rocking the boat back and forth. It was a soothing sight, a calming escape from the chaos and bustle on board. As Violet remained gazing out on the water, she felt a sense of peace wash over her. She took a deep breath, allowing the soothing atmosphere to wash away any stress or worry she may have.
As Violet remained lost in the waves, she was suddenly tapped on the shoulder by someone. She turned to see Johnny, standing next to her.
"Hello there, darlin'," he said, his iconic British accent clear in his voice.
Violet smiled, wrapping her arms around his shoulders lovingly. John chuckled nervously as his eyes darted about, before removing her arms from around him.
Violet looked confused at this. She didn't understand why he was acting so nervous. She knew that Johnny loved her, so she didn't understand why he was suddenly being so strange.
"What's wrong, Johnny?" Violet asked, her expression filled with concern.
"Nothing love"
Violet didn't want to push it, so she decided to move on and let it go. She figured that Johnny would tell her if anything was wrong, and she didn't want to keep bringing it up. After Violet let it go, they both returned their attention to the view of the river, enjoying the moment.
"If this doesn't piss them off I don't know what will" Violet chuckled referring to all the up tight arseholes that thought the sex pistols were sent by the devil himself,
"I suppose we'll just have to wait and see how it goes," Johnny replied with a shrug.
The Sex Pistols were often been seen as a controversial band, so it was no surprise that their performance of such a politically charged song would attract some attention.
"Well, at least they can't arrest you for singing a song," Violet said with a grin, "Unless..."
She trailed off, a mischievous look on her face. Johnny laughed, intrigued by her next statement."Unless what?" he asked, eager to see where Violet would take the conversation.
"Well, we could be detained for starting a riot," Violet continued with a wink, "but I wouldn't mind that."
Johnny laughed, intrigued by Violet's playful attitude. He couldn't help but be charmed by her rebel spirit, even if it sometimes led them into trouble.
"I'm sure we'll be fine," he said, his confidence sounding a little bit forced. "It's only a song, after all."
But Violet wasn't so sure, and she couldn't wait to find out what kind of reaction their performance would trigger.
The Sex Pistols were ready to take the stage and deliver their performance as they started to sail past the Houses of Parliament. The atmosphere on the boat was buzzing with excitement, as everyone was eager to see the sex pistols play their newest single, "God Save the Queen."
