I made my way to Irisviel, and navigating our way back through the halls we eventually returned to the garden.
But the scene is not what we expected..
"Saber!" Irisviel calls out beside me before rushing to her servants side.
There are assassins appearing everywhere.
I hear the clanking of his armour as Gilgamesh walks over to me.
Grumbling about how "Tokiomi humiliates himself..."
My father ordered the assassins to come here...
He must be up to something.
Rider attempts to invite the Assassins to drink with them..
I can't say i'm surprised when that doesn't work.
That's when a large force of power begins emanating from Rider.
Almost knocking me back, if Gilgamesh's arm hadn't moved to my waist to steady me.
Gilgamesh's grip then tightens when the world around us begins to transform...
This must be Rider's Noble Phantasm.
It's a giant desert, completely endless from looking at it.
There is an enormous army marching over the sands behind us..
Rider is giving a passionate speech.
And it's only seconds before his army is charging, slaughtering every last assassin.
After that, we return back to the gardens, just as peaceful as before the assassins even showed up.
What just happened..?
Is that the power of a noble phantasm?
I knew they were strong but.. that was incredible..
I can't help but glance at Gilgamesh as i wonder about his own noble phantasm..
But, Rider then dismisses himself and Gilgamesh does the same for us.
I wave to both Irisviel and Saber, before Gilgamesh pulls us back into his strange invisible state.
