Well, this is really bad.

Tap, tap, tap.
A strange sound coming from her bedroom window cause Clove to wake. She sat up and rubbed her eyes, a yawn escaping from her lips. She took a quick glance at the clock on her nightstand, and it's bright numbers told her it was nearing two o'clock in the morning.
Clove groggily got herself up and out of her bed, sliding her feet on the carpet to walk over to the window. With an irritated look on her face she opened her blinds and gazed down at the lawn through the class, only to find a blonde haired, blue eyed boy grinning up sheepishly at her. Clove couldn't help but let out a chuckle, rolling her eyes at she did so.
Careful to make as little noise as possible, the girl slipped out of her room and down the stairs, stoping whenever she thought that one of her parents had heard her and gotten up. Luckily, they both remained sound asleep, and she was able to head out of the back door and walked to the side of the house where Cato was.
When Cato caught sight of her, his smile only grew wider and he winked, causing a wave of shivers to go up Clove's spine for reasons she couldn't explain. "What are you doing here?" she asked him when she got closer, folding her arms over her chest, raising her eyebrows.
Cato chuckled and leaned up against the side of the house, letting his eyes trail up and down her body for a moment. Clove felt blood rush up to her cheeks, and she looked down at her pajamas. Well, this was awkward.
Before she could even protest, Cato had a cigarette in his mouth fully lighted, and was puffing smoke into the cool night air.
"I decided I wanted to pay you a little visit," was his curt reply.
Clove couldn't believe him. Normal people wouldn't come to a person's house in the wee hours of the morning just to say hello. There had to have been another reason as to why he was there.
"In all seriousness, what do you really want?" she huffed, and her eyes were drawn to the sliver chain tucked into his shirt yet again. She still had no clue as to what it was, let alone why he would try to hide it. She was very curious, but tried to forget about it as soon as she could.
"What if I told you..." Cato drawled, tossing his cigarette on the ground and extinguishing the small flame with a stomp with his foot. "That i have the most amazing plan in the history of amazing plans?"
Clove, who was starting to get a bit uncomfortable with the way he was looking at her- like she was some sort of object rather then a human being, as well as full of lust- decided to lean up against her house with him, staring down at the grass underneath her feet.
"I would call you mental."
"Than you better be calling me mental, sweetheart, because I do indeed have the best plan in the world.
"And what would that be?" Clove glanced over at him. When he caught her eye, she quickly turned away. It was simply too easy to get lost in those crystal blue eyes of his, it was like looking at the perfect blue sky.
"We," he stated, inching closer to her and slinging an arm around her shoulders. "Are going on an adventure."
"What?"
"Don't question me. Go back inside and get changed. Meet me out front in five."

Cato's so called "brilliant plan" turned out to be driving into the school parking lot with three big black duffel bags in the trunk of his car. "What are we doing here?" Clove wondered aloud, a nervous edge plain to hear in her tone.
She couldn't help but have a bad feeling about this; the butterflies in her stomach were all going crazy, bouncing off of each other in a state of panic.
Cato just smiled for the umpteenth time that night, getting out of the car, then walking over to her side and letting her out. He popped the trunk and slipped the bags out, and they where on their way, heading up the sidewalk to the front of the school.
"I swear if you think I'm going to be doing anything illegal I-"
Cato cut her off mid sentence by placing a finger on her lips, which caused her to jump, much to his amusement. "Now, Clove," he said mockingly, "Good little Christian girls don't swear." The sarcasm in his voice was evident, and Clove stuck her tongue out at him.
Hitching one of the bags up on his shoulder, Cato reached out and gripped on of Clove's delicate hands in his own large one, intertwining their fingers. All Clove could do was stare at them. She desperately wanted to pull away from him, felt awkward because of the personal contact, but because of reasons not able to come to Clove's mind, she wasn't able to. Something about the way the gesture felt was right, and she had to admit to herself that she was scared of it.
"Alrighty then," Cato started up to the front doors. "Let's get started." And with that, he took a silver key out of his pocket, slipped it into one of the door's locks, and unlocked it. Before she knew it, Cato was heading inside of the building, dragging her behind him.

Oh my goodness, this sucks. I apologize for the crappy quality, it's just that I realized I haven't updated anything in over two months. Sorry about that.
I've been very busy lately, and was suffering from some writer's block, so that's why this update is so long overdue.
I graduated from 8th grade, turned 14, started summer school (freshman level reading- yay), had my dance recital, just a lot has happened lately.
AND THE BLACKHAWKS ARE 2015 STANELY CUP CHAMPIONS! WOO!
Sorry, big Chicago hockey fan right here. (My favorite players would have to be Jonathan Toews <I have his jersey by the way> and Andrew Shaw for those wondering. And if I could pick another, it would probably have to be newcomer Teuvo Teravainen.)
For anyone who wants to know, I have a Vine account know. Just search ClatoTHG07 and you should find me. #ShamlessSelfPromotion
Anyway, if you have any questions for me, feel free to drop a comment down below. I haven't talked to you guys in awhile, and I miss it.
