After he hugged me, he lead me back to the bed.
"You must be hungry." He said
Before I could answer, my stomach growls indicating a yes. He chuckles hearing the sound causing me to blush.
"Wait here, I'll cook something for you, okay?" he said
"I don't want to burden you, I can do it myself." I said
"You will never burden me princess. You just wait here, yeah?" He said and kissed my temple before leaving
Why is he so nice to me? This is weird. Is it possible this is another chance for me to be happy? Or is this another one of my chance to be destroyed once and for all?
I was so caught up in my thoughts, I didn't realise he's back. He took a table and put it next to the bed where he proceed putting on a plate of lasagna, chocolate cake, some fruits and orange juice. I look back up at him in wonder. Why is there so much food here?
"Umm, is anyone coming?" I asked
"No, why do you ask?" He said, looking confused
"This is a lot of food." I said
"Princess, this is not a lot, trust me."
"I can't finish this alone"
"But baby, we're werewolves, we naturally eat a lot"
"I didn't." I said in whisper, hoping he didn't hear me. If he did, he chose to keep quiet about it.
"Can I feed you?" he suddenly asked
"What? Why?" this is very strange
"Because I'm your mate and I want to. Can I?"
"Uhhh, Okay?" I answered, more like asking
His smile is so wide it makes him thousands time more attractive. He sat down next to me, took a spoonful of lasagna, blowing it before feeding me. I really don't understand this. After a while, I feel so full and the food is not finished, I ate not even a half of it.
"I'm really full" I said
"What? Really? It's not even half" He said
"I'm not used to eating so much, even that half is more than what I usually ate" I said
He was quiet so I look to him and see him clenching his jaw with his hand in fist. Is he going to hit me?
"Are... are you mad at me? Please don't hit me." I said
He whips his head so fast to me, looking at me in confusion at first, then it turns to understanding.
"I would never hit you Amber, never. I was just mad at what they did to you." He said and slowly, he grabs my hand and kissing it. I could feel the sparks intensify.
"I'm sorry if I scare you" He said
He stayed with me, trying to make small talk but I'm just tired.
"You seems tired" He said and I nods
"Come on, let's tuck you in" I giggle at what he said because that sounds so childish.
He looks at me in pure admiration making my face heated up. Nobody ever look at me the way he did.
"You're beautiful, you know that?" He said and proceed carrying me
"Wait, where are we going?" I asked
"To bed of course"
"But the bed is here"
He chuckles. "No sweetheart, you won't be sleeping in that room okay?"
I got scared now, what if, what if he tries to rape me like Jiwon did? Oh god, please no. He carries me for a while until we reach a room, judging from the smell of this room, I'm pretty sure, it's his room. He carries me inside and gently put me in the bed.
"I'm sorry if it's a mess, I never brought people here." He said nervously, scratching the back of his head
What? No way. Where did he bring his other girls then? I look around his room and the wall is a combination of white and red. On one of the wall is filled with drawings. One of it caught my attention. It's a drawing of my pendant. Quickly I touch my neck and there it was, my pendant. I took it out and observe it.
"Jinhwan, what's that?" I asked him pointing at the drawings
He looked towards it and said "I don't know, I've been having dreams about that for a month, so I thought I'd paint it. Why?"
"It's my pendant." I said showing him my pendant and his eyes widen.
"How? Wow, it looks the same, in my dream, I opened the locket and found a picture of family of 4" he did just that and the pendant opens and he gasp
"This is exactly what I saw." he said
"Why would you dream of my pendant?" I asked
"I don't know. But what I know, I always forget the beginning of my dream. No matter how hard I tried, the only thing that's very clear, is the pendant." He said
If this is not weird, I don't know what is. I was about to ask more when I suddenly yawn.
"Go to sleep sweetheart, I'll sleep on the floor" He said
"What? No. This is your room, I could sleep on the floor." I offered causing him to chuckle
"There's no way I would let my mate sleep on the floor." He said, grabbing his pillow but I stopped him. He really shouldn't do this.
"Then sleep here, with me. It's your room and I'm your mate, it's not wrong for us to sleep together" I said. My eyes widen when I realise what I said
"Uhh I mean, just sleep, you know, umm together" causing him to laugh
"I understand what you mean sweetheart. But are you sure about this?" He asked and I nods
"Okay" he turned off the light and take off his shirt.
Holy shit. His body is just, out of this world. I could feel myself drooling. Okay okay, Amber control yourself. I know he notice me staring because he quietly chuckles and seconds later, he too lay on the bed.
"Goodnight Jinhwan" I said turning to the other side of the bed
"Goodnight Princess" He said
