Does Pluto have an atmosphere?

-Charon looked into the darkness and then towards Sun-

Charon:I wish i could've met the planets...

Pluto:What?

-Charon looked behind him and flinched-

Charon:Jesus! Pluto you were just sleep!

Pluto:You know im a light sleeper!

Charon:That is true...

Pluto:So what were you saying about..whatever you were saying?

Charon:Oh..i wish i could've met the planets before you were demoted from one.

Pluto:Well..if you consider it..you did meet Neptune and Uranus i think.

Charon:Yeah but only the stupid ice giants.

Pluto:I wouldn't necessarily call them stupid..they did help me out after all.

Charon:I know...im sorry i just got ahead of myself, i meant like..i only met the ice giants and its boring..

Pluto:You don't remember meeting Earth and Saturn and those guys?

Charon:Gotta remember, that was quite a long time ago..and i would sleep for months during those times.

Pluto:True..but don't overaggerate it. It was more so like days.

Charon:Speaking of that...you know how earth has an atmosphere? Mars and Venus and Mercury barely has an atmosphere at all.

Pluto:How do you even know that? I mean like..i knew but how did-

Charon:You told the dwarf planets before.

Pluto:Oh..right..so what about the atmosphere's?

Charon:Do you have one? All the rocky planets have one.

-Pluto didn't know how to properly respond for a moment-

Pluto:Well..yes and no..

Charon:Clarify.

Pluto:Well...sometimes i gain an atmosphere but it rises high above my surface, and its very thin..its much thicker than Mercurys almost nonexistent atmosphere. But if a human landed on me they could very faintly see my atmosphere.

Charon:Interesting..but what about the "No" part.

Pluto:Sometimes my atmosphere just falls onto my surface.

Charon:Wh-

-Charon sounded confused-

Charon:How?! What?
