Saturday - 8PM Volleyball stadium
Y/n's POV
Pulling into the parking lot of the stadium, i sighed in relief. Finally, we were here. Bokuto had given us tickets to his match, and Haru had been bouncing off the walls with excitement ever since i adjusted my light brown jacket, tugged down the hem of my white dress, and made sure my boots weren't scuffed. Looking through the rearview mirror, i could see Haru still fidgeting in the backseat, eyes shining like he was about to step into Disneyland.
"Ready, buddy?"
I asked, grinning at him.
"Yeah, mom! Let's go!"
He practically screamed, tugging at his seatbelt like it was a prison.
I chuckled, grabbing my little bag and stepping out of the car. haru quickly followed, wearing his favorite denim jacket, jeans, and white sneakers, looking every bit the mini-athlete. I took his hand, and we started walking toward the entrance.
Bokuto had reserved three seats for us. My mom was supposed to join, but she had been called in for another late shift at the hospital. Her job as a doctor had kept her busy ever since we returned from the U.S. Though i was a bit sad she couldn't come, work was work, so i let it go.
