Final Chapter: I Really Want to Stay at Your House

You woke up from a long night and saw Lucy sleeping next to you. You admired how peaceful she looks.

"Finally out of Night City," you thought. "Mom, I hope you can see us. I'm sure you would've loved Lucy. Take care."

Lucy woke up and looked at you.

Lucy: "Been up long?"

"No, just a few minutes before you."

Lucy: "What were you thinking about?"

"How I wish my mom could see us now. I know she wanted to be in the top levels of Arasaka, but the Nomad's freedom is something many in Night City could only dream of."

Lucy chuckled as she put her hand on your cheek.

Lucy: "Yeah. And with Arasaka collapsing from the destruction of Mikoshi, those that died because of them can rest easy now."

"I should get up. Me and V have a mission that we have to head out on."

Lucy: "Take care."

"I will."

A few hours later, you and V reached an Arasaka Outpost where there are several crates of weapons being stored.

V: "We go behind that truck, you use your Sandevistan to go into the security room and shut down the turrets. I'll draw their attention and you start firing on them as they focus their attention on me. And avoid using grenades, there are explosives in the crates as well."

"Got it."

You looked around and saw a few soldiers leaving the security room with only one still inside. You used your Sandevistan to enter the security room and shot the guard.

You deactivated the turrets and V started shooting, attracting the soldiers' attention. You then fired from the security room and killed some of the soldiers.

The soldiers fire back, but V used the opportunity to shoot them and used his mantis blades on some. You used your Sandevistan again and shot the rest of the soldiers.

After the shootout, you and V looked around to see if anyone survived.

V: "I'll contact Panam, let her and the others know."

"Okay."

You and V watch the outpost as Panam and the Nomads arrive to retrieve the weapons. Everyone returns to the camp and has a party, and you grabbed a drink and sat on a hill looking at the moon.

Lucy appeared and sat down next to you.

Lucy: "Thinking of our time on the moon?"

"Yeah, and all the people I've met."

Lucy: "Johnny and Alt?"

"Yeah. I can't stop thinking about how similar we are to them. Alt got screwed over by Arasaka and Johnny wanted to get back at them."

Lucy: "Yeah. I'm sure they're doing fine. They and the other constructs are finally free from Arasaka."

"Yeah. I'm really glad to have you, Lucy."

Lucy: "And I'm glad to have you, Y/N."

You and Lucy returned to your tent and see the pictures you took of your time with V, Panam, and the Nomads. You went to bed and fell asleep together.
