Wedding bells

I couldn't believe we're doing this and I'm so happy. I wore a small version of my dress while shadow wore a sexy ruby red button down shirt and dark grey pants. "Stunning as always my jewel~" he smiled. "Shall we?" He extended his arm and I looped my arm around his. We walked into the hallway where my mother stops us but had shadow go ahead to the end of the isle. She then puts a small veil on me, gives me a bouquet of roses, and finally my grandmothers ruby necklace. "There now you're ready" she smiled and kissed my cheek as my father walks up to walk me down the aisle. "You really found a good man my sweet girl" my father said. "I really did daddy" I replied. The back door opened and shadow tears up seeing me complete as I walked down. My friend smiled and even Knuckles and Julie Sue smiled. My father hands me over to Shadow and shook his hand before kissing my cheek. "We gather today to witness the beautiful Union of Shadow and Rouge." The ordain spoke. We skipped the speak now or forever hold your peace part and exchange the vows. I never felt so happy slipping on that ring on his finger as well as he slipped mine on. "You may now kiss the bride" he said and Shadow cups my cheek and we shared our first kiss as husband and wife. Everyone clapped for us and it was so wonderful to be married to this amazing man. We walked down the aisle smiling before signing the certificate. We head back in our home and cut the smaller version of our wedding cake Amy, Cream and Blaze made and fed each other (No cake smashing). We had a lovely time celebrating with our parents and friends. At the end of the night after everyone left, Shadow and I had the most passionate and wonderful sex that lasted the whole night.

Two weeks later we had our extended reception. Shadow received word that his mother and ex showed up at the original venue we were going to have the vow exchanged at wearing head to toe in white and scarlet had the audacity to wear a veil too. Once they were informed that the vow exchanged was done weeks prior they stormed off to change in black dresses and sat in the back of the room. Not like I cared because shadow and I were having so much fun. Yet I had another surprise in store. Shadow had wonder why I wasn't drinking wine and some of my favorite things like shrimp cocktail and he's about to find out. I grabbed the mic and got everyone's attention. "Thank you all again for coming and celebrating with me and shadow today. We are so happy to have such amazing friends and family. Since you all are here I do have a wonderful announcement." I smiled. "Shadow our lives are going to get busier since we're gonna have tiny feet walking around" I smiled and he hugs me as everyone cheered. "I'm going to be a dad!" He said extremely happy. His mother and scarlet stormed out of the reception. Months later we welcomed our daughter who was a red and black bat with my blue eyes. Shadow adores her and she is his little gem. Bebe loves her baby cousin and we have his brother and sister in law over every Saturday for dinner. Shadows father finally divorced his mother after trying to say the child wasn't shadows when she clearly had his lips and eyes. He found a lovely woman and they are getting married next year. Knuckles and Julie Sue twins we have over for play dates with sonic and blazes kid twice a month. Amy is currently expecting her and silvers first kid as well as cream and tails. Everyone is happier now and honestly my life with shadow is such a blessing. Oh what is our daughter's name you may ask?

Her name is Ruby.
