The plane lands at the airport and I was taken Back by how stunning the moon reflects the water of the ocean as I stood in the hotel next to the beach. I walked outside to the balcony so take in the fresh salty air while amy checks us in. "I really needed this vaca—Whoa!" I start to fall after tripping on a stone. Suddenly I felt someone catch me and heard a grunt. I looked up into the most intense but kind, mysterious and stunning ruby eyes I ever seen. The moon reflects off the side of them and they seemed to glow. "Hey you ok?" He said in a very sexy not to deep voice. "Y-yes thank you" I said and he leans us back up. Seeing more of this hedgehog's face my heart was just pounding. His muzzle was tan, his fur was black with red streaks on the large hedges, white chest fur pokes out of the unbuttoned shirt showing six pack abs that we're just perfect. "Umm what's the name of my sudden hero?" I asked stupidly but he smiled as he chuckled. God his smile is stunning! "Shadow and what's your name?" He asked. "Rouge" I replied. "Sorry I must asked are you from Station City?" He asked and I nodded then realized he smells like the city too. "You a local as well?" I asked and he nods. "On vacation with my friend and his family. What brings you here?" He asked. "Girls trip for my 26th birthday coming up in two days." I smiled. "I just turn 27 last month" he replied and my heart was pounding. "Look I know this is sudden but I feel like we have a connection going perhaps when we return to station city we could go on a date?" He asked and I never said yes so fast in my life. "Are you here this Sunday?" I jump hearing Blaze. "I'm here until the end of next week." He said. "Well how about a date then I mean we're here for two weeks" Amy said and I was blushing. "Would you like that? I mean I hate to intrude on a girls trip" he asked me. "Oh no it wouldn't intrude at all!" Cream smirked and I was blushing more. "Umm sure" I said. "Well ok then pick you up at 5? I know a lovely dock restaurant through here that has a stunning sunset view." He said and I nodded. "Ok I'll see you then and happy birthday" he smiled then walked pasted me. "Did that just happen?" I said after he was clearly gone. "Yes!" The girls said and hugged me. I got a date! Oh my good I have a date!...... oh god I got a date.... I haven't been on one in 6 years! Shit I don't know what to do! What will I say?! Fuck! What am I going to wear?!
As I was panicking shadow had returned and the girls grabbed my attention and told me he's been asking me a question. "Oh I'm sorry Shadow what did you say?" I said nervously. "I forgot to mention the restaurant is black tie" he said. "I happen to have a nice dress for that." I smiled. "Ok then see ya Sunday" he leaves for good this time. "Rouge you ok?" Amy asked and I felt my wings flittering as a smile grew on my face.
