You - you've been knocked down and got up again
New Hampshire gets up to find himself in a cell, behind him was a bed and a toilet area.
In the corner, you're surrounded, no defenders
Suddenly 3 guards showed up, shouting orders at him in French
Woah, you - you've hid your fury and kept it in
New Hampshire backed up more into his back corner, while the guards approached more.
But it's time now you ignite and turn to embers
He closes his eyes, scared. But he feels a fire brewing in him, and when he opens his eyes, he lights aflame.
Like a phoenix you burst into fire
He looks at the guard. Suddenly he bursts into flames.
Burn, a thirst and desire
As he looks at all of them, they all scream and combust, slowly burning to death
You transform, light up in a flash
New Hampshire takes one of the keys from the charred corpse of a guard, opens his cell, and runs.
You spread your wings and rise from the ashes
The fire alarm turns on, Burning his skin with the water.
Phoenix - you burst into fire
But it doesn't put him out, the flames return, and he still runs
Burn, a thirst and desire
He turns the corner to search for a way out, but its blocked.
You transform, light up in a flash
He stares them down, turning them into a smoldering pile.
You spread your wings and risе from the ashes
And his wings unfold and he flies.
They gеt you down, but you get up
Multiple guards chase him, yelling for him to stop, but he continues
They let you drown, but you don't stop
New Hampshire looks back at them, and you know what happened to them.
You show them you're a phoenix
Then, he notices the color of his wings, red, orange, and yellow.
"Woah." He says.
You - you've seen the truth behind the veil
And as he passes through, he keeps seeing 'International Center for Empowered Persons'. So that's why he's here
And you know that they're just looking for attention
'Keeping the world safe' they say under the logo.
Woah - you, don't let their ruthlessness prevail
He keeps going, turning guards to ash along his way
Oh, it's time now, light your fire for ascension
Behind him, he sees a huge fire, engulfing the prison in flames.
Like a phoenix you burst into fire
A young woman sees a fellow 'Phoenix' flying out, and decides its her time.
Burn, a thirst and desire
She melts the bars on the door and flies up to him
You transform, light up in a flash
"Hello!" She says to New Hampshire.
You spread your wings and rise from the ashes
"Hi! I'm New Hampshire, a state/countryhuman. And you?" He says
Phoenix - you burst into fire
"Mary White. Nice to meet a fellow phoenix!" She replies
Burn, a thirst and desire
"Phoenix?" New Hampshire asks, confused.
You transform, light up in a flash
"This huge shitshow names people like us 'Phoenixes', or people who harness fire after resurrection."
You spread your wings and rise from the ashes
"Alright. So, what's with this 'shitshow'?" New Hampshire asks again
They get you down, but you get up
"ICEP, Prison set up about thirty years ago to trap people like us to 'keep the world safe'. Over 20,000 prisoners in 7 locations across the world, this one is the worst by far." She explains
They let you drown, but you don't stop
"Mainly for Telies, or people with telekinesis, but a few phoenixes got integrated for experimentation. They want to use people like us for weaponry. Like we're things, not people." She goes on.
You show them you're a phoenix
"But we won't go into that dystopia, we will fight. Right?" She asks. "Of course!" New Hampshire says.
Phoenix - you burst into fire
Suddenly, multiple guards appear, surrounding them. And point guns.
Burn, a thirst and desire
But it's not bullets they have, its water
You transform, light up in a flash
Suddenly, both Mary and New Hampshire burst into flames.
You spread your wings and rise from the ashes
And when the guards sprayed them, nothing happened
Phoenix - you burst into fire
And then, their attacks were returned in the form of fire.
Burn, a thirst and desire
As the guards screamed and burned, Both of them started running again.
You transform, light up in a flash
After a while, they found a emergency exit, opened by the fire alarm, and ran through. Looking back at the burning prison behind them
You spread your wings and rise from the ashes
And as they looked back, the prison collapsed in front of them collapsed, while in front of them, was the site of the next episode in Vermont's tale.
(Phoenix New Hampshire will totally not be important in any new book coming soon whatsoever( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°))
