Jason stood with the Cullens as he told them his story. Edward could tell that Jason didn't want to be alone just like how he was till Katie and Katherine came into his life. Pulling out the ring he had had for a while, Edward walked away to find Katie.
Hearing Katherine crying, he went to attend to her first just to find Katie in there holding her. "It's okay, mommy is here."

Turning around, Katie smiled as Edward walked over to her and got on one knee. "Edward..."

Jasper cleared his throat causing them to look to see a man standing behind them. "Dad?"
"Hello, Kitty."
