Chapter Seven

Y/n's Pov:

"OK so what happened?!?" I asked not able to hold myself any longer. Cole walked in and sat down on the couch next to me.

"I have a 7:00 date on the beach!" Lloyd said, almost squealing.

"Yes!! I told you Lloyd!" I squealed back. 

"Good for you kid." Cole grinned at him.

Jay and Kai walked into the room, "DATE?! 7:00 Romantic beach date with the green ninja?!" Jay said also squealing.

"Who is this chick?!" Kai asked, Nya, Zane, and Pix, walked in to. They had obviously heard it all.

Lloyd's Pov:

I froze, I had never told them I was gay. I felt like I might vomit, what if they rejected the fact that I was. Or they thought I was a freak. I glanced at Cole who was smiling, then to Y/n who was smiling as well.

I cleared my throat and sat up, "Actually it's a guy named Angel. I met him at the senior center about a month ago."

Jay squealed again and flopped onto the floor. Kai, Zane, Pixal, and Nya all congratulated him. While Jay squealed on the floor and had a mini seizure. I glanced at the clock. (Time just went really fast-)

"I should go get ready actually, it's almost 6:30." I said, the others all nodded and agreed. I went and put on something niceish. Making sure he had swim trunks under it.

(I imagined him in something like this with khaki shorts. But you can choose whatever you want.)

I shot Angel a text:

                                                                  (Hey, you might where a swimsuit under whatever you wearing.)

(Ok?)

I turned off my phone and started to walk out of the monastery. I hurried so I wouldn't be late. I got to the bar a few minutes early.

I saw Angel and went over to him, "Hey." I grinned.

"Hey." He grinned back, "You trust me enough to order us both drinks?" He asked.

I nodded, " I'll find us a good spot on the beach."

Angel went to go get drinks and I went out onto the sand, tossing off my (whatever shoes, I picked like sandals or slides since there at the beach). Then sitting on the sand and waiting. Watching the sun start to go down.

Angel came up behind me with two Pina Coladas. He passed me one and sat down next to me on the sand, taking off his own shoes.

I took a sip of the drink, we sat there silently for a minute. Angel suddenly leaned his head on my shoulder, I reddened but smiled as he did.

Once we had just about finished our drinks I got up.

"Why did you ask me to where a swimsuit underneath?" Angel asked. I grinned and took off my shirt and shorts, wearing my trunks.

"Because that." I pointed to the ocean and beckoned Angel, then started running toward it. . Angel took off after me as I ran. Tossing his own shirt into the pile of clothes.    

I jumped into the water, Angel jumping in after me. The ocean was warm, tiny waves rolling in.

I smiled at him, the sun setting. 

"Angel.." I said softly looking into his e/c eyes.

"Yes Lloyd." He hummed, smiling.

"I love you." I said softly moving closer to him.
