In the first class compartment of the plane, Chris looked to the audience at a camera as he began to explain the recap of the previous episode, in the form of an airline informational video. "Welcome back everyone, now then, allow me to take a few moments to review the features of our state of the art aircraft." Chris said as he looked at the camera. "Safety is our number one priority, so during flights, we advise that you stay within your seats, and keep your seatbelts fastened at all times. The plane has multiple ways of exiting the flight, either by the emergency exits, and of course, by taking skydiving lessons for those who are being eliminated. As we explore the most exotic destinations, familiarize yourself with the local architecture, along with treating the locals and their traditions well, as the world is our own playground to explore. But just remember, refusal to partake in the musical numbers will result in instant elimination. Once divided into teams, be sure to give your crew a hand whenever they need it, or not, either way works."

"Upon arrival at our final destination, one lucky competitor will receive a parting gift to remember: a real, cash prize of one. Million. Dollars!!!" Chris said as he exited the plane and then stood outside next to the pyramids while still looking at the camera. "So best you hold onto your hats, if you have any, and keep that luggage hidden away so it wouldn't fall out of the plane by the time of takeoff, along with locking those tray tables in the upright position. We're taking off in the craziest ride around the world yet, right here, right now on Total. Drama. WORLD TOUR: THE REMIX!!!!"

Back near the pyramids, the teams met up at the starting line for today's challenge, as they stood with their rewards that were placed in three different colored rugs. Team Amazon had a camel that stood on a pink rug, Team Snowy Owls had a goat standing on a blue rug, and Team Pyro had a stick that was laying on the ground, in the middle of a rug that was golden yellow.

"Ooh, our team color is blue!" Raj said as he looked at the rug. "It reminds me so much of the season winter."

"Yeah, I wonder if we'll get to go somewhere with snow." Wayne said with a smile. "That would be really cool."

"Ha ha! Cool." Raj said as he and Wayne laughed, Alex also began laughing.

"I got to admit, that was funny." Alex said as he laughed a bit at Wayne and Raj's joke.

Scarlett was looking at the rug as she felt disappointed by the fact that their team's color was pink. "Of course for a team like the Amazons, the color had to be pink..." Scarlett said in annoyance.

"I don't have a problem with it, it's a classy color for a cute girl like moi." Cindy said with pride.

"I don't really mind pink, although I kind of wish our color was green, or sea green, or maybe even lavender." Gina said as she looked down on the rug.

"Eh, I'm more of a mahogany or crimson red type of girl." MK said as she shrugged.

"Ooh, those colors would sound good too." Gina said as she smiled.

"Hold on, why's our rug yellow? I thought a name like Team Pyro would be for a color like red or orange." Chase said as he looked at the rug with confusion.

"Don't worry Chase, the rug is gold because Team Pyro is in first place, and is always on fire!" Priya said with determination.

"No, I think the rug's actually yellow." Alex said as he looked at Team Pyro's rug.

"Nobody cares, nerd!" Ripper shouted at Alex.

"I still can't believe Vincent got disqualified just because he won't sing." Silas said as he held his arm and feeling bad that Vincent is going to be sent home early.
