In the first class compartment of the plane, Chris was looking towards the camera as he was giving the audience a recipe of the previous episode. "New York City, the city that eats other cities for breakfast and other towns for lunch. Here our competitors went up to great heights to discover what New York has to offer." Chris explained to the audience. "From the majestic peaks of Lady Liberty's crown, to the brig apple's not so majestic stinky sewers. After a long and grueling race while overcoming trivia from both famous popular Broadway shows, and some trivia involving some hidden secrets from each of the contestants, Team Amazon claimed first place and claimed surprise rewards, which means, no one really got eliminated, well except for the meat grinder though. Scarlett, Mateo and Alex began to form an inter team alliance to try and take down Caleb, Scary Girl entertained us by revealing some embarrassing moments of Cindy that wasn't even part of the trivia challenges, and it seems like Scarlett and Mateo have made some new friends, but could it be more than a friendship for some of them?"

The camera then cuts to Chris inside the cockpit with Chef as he continued narrating. "With nineteen contestants still on board, who vill be eliminated next?" Chris asked as he said the last bit in a German accent over to the audience. "Find out soon on Total. Drama. WORLD TOUR: THE REMIX!!!!"

Inside the plane, Team Snowy Owls and Team Pyro were chilling in Economy Class while still waiting for wherever they would end up at next. Mateo however, stood far away from his team while wearing his original vest after Silas gave it back to him, as he still felt upset with having part of his past revealed on live TV during the previous challenge.

Sure he felt a little better after Silas comforted him, but he still felt ever the more bad about it being revealed. Alex noticed this as he saw Mateo staying away from his team. He learned earlier from Scarlett during the flight that a member of Mateo's family nearly drowned Mateo on purpose after hearing he was bisexual, so he could understand why Mateo would want to distance himself.

So while his team wasn't looking, he moved closer to Mateo to try to talk to him, as he felt concerned about him. "Hey Mateo..." Alex said as he tried saying hi to Mateo.

"Oh...Hi Alex..." Mateo said as he still didn't look at him or anyone else.

"So...Scarlett told me about what happened back at New York, and I wanted to say that I'm sorry that Chris had to ask you that question during the challenge." Alex said as he held his arm and did everything he could to make sure he didn't make Mateo mad. "I couldn't imagine on you must've gone through during that moment..."

"It's alright...I managed to get over it...mostly..." Mateo said as he then turned over to Alex and began talking to him face to face without any emotion. "I guess at some point, it had to have been revealed eventually..."

"Yeah...and I know what it feels to be treated cruelly by your own family..." Alex said as he held his arm and looked to Mateo. "So if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm more than happy to listen."

"Thanks Alex." Mateo said as he exchanged a bit of a small smile, before the two of the them split way to go back to their teams.

Millie sighed as she sat on her seat next to Millie and Nichelle. "I admit, I'm glad we're not in last place this time, but it would be nice to go into first class every now and then." Millie said as she felt exhausted.

"Yeah, but look on the bright side, this could be a new turning point us." Priya said to Millie with certainty. "Maybe after this, our curse will finally be gone!"

"Curses. Aren't. Real." Mateo said quietly as he was reading a book.

"Ah isn't this sweet guys, we've been in six episodes yet we haven't had one elimination!" Zee said to his team as he cheered.
