"Boys?" I spoke, seeing my beautiful mother standing right next to William. "I beg your pardon." My mother walks over to one of the lovely armchairs, light blue just like her dress, with real golden accents. Sitting down, her nice silky blonde hair all lay over one shoulder, her other ear exposed. With a dashing beautiful diamond earring shining brightly.

"I found Willaim wandering around. Security was on their way of showing him out, yet he claimed to know who you were. We were conversing about how he knew you. Was this the boy you were upset about?" Her eyes soften. She took a sip as her fragile slim sands grabbed her teacup.

My eyes widen in shock she would share such information. "Mother!" I spoke, with such a hard tone.

"Now, no raising your voice at me."

"Sorry Mother." I look down. I searched for my feet, yet all I saw was the hem of my dress touching the ground.

"Sit, sit down, please." My mother gleams towards Louis. "You must be?" My mother spoke with such grace.

"Louis. Louis Partridge." His voice with such shrill, as he shakenly bowed down for my mother. I turned to see William smiling at him like he was laughing. Laughing at his own best friend...

Why Is William here?

And surely if they were here, they would be together...

Why were they not?

Why did I find Louis... not with William?

They are inseparable...

Anyways

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr Partridge." She smiles, setting down her tea cup. "Take a seat." She gestured over to one of the couches, insisting to sit right next to William. I watch as he hesitates. Walking over slowly, and scooting away from William right after he sat down. "Now, tell me about yourself, Partridge."

He gulped as I sat down right next to my mother in another armchair. The armchair that was across from Louis. I look straight ahead, right into his brown eyes, as his eyes scatter around the room.

"Well. Um. I- William and I... well attend the same school and have been friends for many years."

My mother smiles, "Why are you here?"

"To be honest." He pauses...  "I was In your daughter's sleeping chambers. Back at the school. Looking around at her old things... when a group of men came into the dorm... And so I saw a closet full of suits and quickly put one on. Starting to work as them, with them. The next thing I knew was I was grabbing a box and I ended up being escorted by a Maid to Her Majesty's room." He spoke quite fast, not maintaining strong eye contact with either of us.

"And you?" She looks at William.

"Louis could not have put it out there any better." He smiled, patting Louis' back, watching Louis jerk forward a little due to the force of William's hands.

She stood up, dusting off anything that was once on her dress. "I will restate. Why are you here?"

Louis followed her actions. I heard my mother's tone change to more of a strict and demanding person. Knowing that strangers are in her house.

Knowing that thank goodness it was just my friends and not people who would want to kill us.

Knowing that the security around here is quite poor in service. "Simply just to talk to Her, [Y/n]... Your Majesty."
